No electricity, stinky room, no water, damaged bathroom.

At first when we arrived the property seemed okay. However when we checked in the was electricity black out: no A/C, no water. Before we booked the reviews seemed okay but obviously it’s all fake since there’s nothing good about this accommodation. It’s not a good value for price.

The was awful smell inside the room that wasn’t gone even after A/C was on. There was no water. After we checked in the was electricity blackout and no A/C any more. When this happened the owner didn’t care and rejected to refund. The bathroom was damaged and disgusting: rust on tap, lock, cracked tiles. We couldn’t stay in this accommodation even 1 night and left this place. Highly not recommended if you don’t want to spoil your vacation.

Lovely accommodation in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle but close to beautiful Mushroom Beach

Cute huts, lovely pool, lovely outdoor shower (albeit cold but that wasn’t a bother as it was so hot). The location is great, close to Mushroom Beach for amazing snorkelling and away from the main area in Lembongan so nice and quiet.

Far from main strip in Lembongan so you have to get a scooter, which wasn’t an issue for us but need to be aware of if you are relying on taxis.

Wet bedsheets, extremely dirty toilets, mosquito net, sun bed chairs. Broken toilet seat. It has nothing to do with the pictures.

Perfect place for our family

Ahus and Gidi were wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The huts and the pool are amazing and the beach is 2 minutes walk. Thank you and see you next time!

Very nice stay, great location!

Right next to Mushroom Beach, which is the nicest beach on Nusa Lembongan if you ask me (not too many waves, not too crowded, enough shadow spots). Also the huts were very comfortable, pool is very nice and the owner is very friendly!

Wonderful stay, in great location & very peaceful

It was clean & tidy hut, which was only a very short walk to the beach and near by cafes. Agus the caretaker of the property was very welcoming, helpful and made my stay very relaxing. Plus he arranged a hire scooter at reasonable rate.

We loved the simplicity of honey bee huts Agus was so helpful Breakfast we good value for money and Agus went out of his way to cook us an early breakfast when we had to leave early to dive It is basic, but clean and comfortable Would definitely recommend

Very good

Great location, only a stone's throw from Mushroom Bay Beach, a lovely small sandy beach with a good selection of restaurants. The waters here are turquoise. Very picturesque. The Tanis boat from Sanur actually docks here. You just hop out into the water. Making it very easy to reach from Bali. The host Agus is a lovely chilled out man. Very helpful. He arranged our entire trip from Ubud to Nusa Lembongan & back to Denpasar Airport. The huts themselves are lovely. The kids loved coming back every day to a refill of cookies in the jar! Agus also prepared a lovely breakfast of pancakes every morning!

The loos are a bit rustic but this adds to the charm of the place!

The huts are romantic and the location is close to mushroom bay. Price was good. Staff is nice. Unfortunately, this is where the good things end. It is not very clean. It smelled a bit like urine. The tap and shower water are salty. The neighbour kept burning trash including plastic, causing a horrendous smell. This is on most places in Lembongan, there is no waste management. They dump and burn everything, causing poisonous and penetrating smells on many parts of the island.

The owner goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful and arranges bike rentals for you . Had a very nice stay and would always come back ! HoneyBee Huts is a hidden gem. When you take the shortcut it is only 10mins to Devils Tear and not to far from Secret Beach either. It is very private as well since there are only 4 huts on the property . It is nice and quiet. I enjoyed my stay alot . Suksma 😊

Best stay in Indonesia

Agus is the nicest host we’ve met during our vacations in Indonesia. He and his Dad were really caring and helped us with all inquiries we had (laundry, taxi to harbor, ferry to Lombok, etc.). We really enjoyed our stay and were able to extend it for two more nights. The huts are very clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom spacious with warm water. The rooms were cleaned every day and we had free drinking water and cookies in the room. The pool area and garden is beautiful as well. The location is great, only 3 minutes walking distance to Mushroom Bay where you can find a lot of restaurants and beach clubs. This was definitely the best hotel where we stayed - highly recommended 😊

Wonderful!

Such a wonderful place.From the mushroom bay where the ferry ends goes a way to the guesthouse maybe about 3 minutes.For the first time we can not find the way on Google Maps. The place is a little paradise far away from the City life so you need a scooter or call a driver to visiting Nusa Lembogan.We would always come back.

perfect island getaway!

We rented out all 5 huts between our group so we had it all to ourselves. The huts are super cute and authentic. Agus was super friendly and accomodating. Amazing value for money. Would stay again!

We had a great time at HoneyBeeHuts! The owner was very helpful and always very friendly! The rooms are nice and clean, we felt very comfortable. The location is perfect. To Mushroom Bay Beach you walk about 5 minutes. And anything else is also quickly accessible by scooter! We would definitely come back again!

Honeybees huts was such a hidden little gem throughout our month holiday around Bali. The rooms are gorgeous and so much effort and time has been put into them. They are cleaned every day and are immaculate. What made our stay here so amazing was the staff. Agus the owner couldn’t have done more for us, anything we needed or questions we had he had the answers and sorted everything. From taxis, to snorkelling trips, to recommendations. He really made our stay!! The breakfast pancakes are absolutely delicious as well! 😍😍 some reviews said about the salt water shower; don’t let this put you off. Was not problem to us! If you stay anywhere, stay here!!!!! 😄😄😄 10/10 5*

It was paradise and I really hope to come back one day.

This is a place I want to fill in little bottles and take home with me. I was so positively suprised to find this beautiful "5star" hotel on Lembongan! 1 star for the perfect location just 3 min walking to the beach. 1 star for the dedication with which Agus and family look after and maintain the lovely wooden huts they have built so beautifully just recently. 1 star for the clean and comfortable facilities, the nice pool, the plants, the decoration, the details (aircon, water pressure, drinking water). 1 star for the comfy bed, the lovely outdoors shower/bathroom (which yes, you do share with some friendly neighboring wildlife) and finally 1 shining star for the possibly best panana pancakes on the planet. Do not come here if you want to complain about salty water (didn't pick up on that), small rooms (mega comfy for one, ok for a couple) or walking 50 steps to the beach (no issue, take a torch after dark). Do come if you want to stay with a very friendly family and have an authentic and fun time in a wonderful hotel on a wonderful island - spend your time at MolaMola at Mushroom Beach or ask for a ride to Dream Beach. Enjoy your time at honeybee huts!

Amazing place to stay. Few minutes away from mushroom beach and sunset point. Close to all the restaurantes. A quiet place to rest and enjoy the pool. Very helpful host! Assisted us with booking of activities and with the boat back to Bali. All at very fair prices, which is a warm welcome after everyone overall trying to ask much more money than the usual.

Don't hesitate To book here. 5 minutes from mushroom beach by walking, 10 minutes from mangrove forest by scooter that you can rent directly at Honeybee huts. Top locatie, lieve mensen maar is veel onbenut potentieel

Hele vriendelijke mensen en locatie is op 200m van het strand.

Hygiëne was 6/10, niet smerig maar zeker niet schoon. Spinnenwebben, stof, vlekken in bed en klamboe, douche en toilet is buiten maar zit onder de vogelpoep en spinnenrag.

Unieke beleving, apart vormgegeven huisjes met efficiënt ingerichte slaapkamer en deels overkapte toilet/douche ruimte. Heel fijn zwembad voor de huisjes. Host is super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en meedenkend. Daarbij is alles goed. elke dag lekkere nw koekjes, prima ontbijt. Scooter huur en snorkel toer eenvoudig te regelen. Dicht bij het strand en eetgelegenheden. Is ons heel goed bevallen.

De wegen op het eiland zouden wel verbeterd mogen worden maar daar kan de host natuurlijk niet veel aan doen.

Mushrum beach est un vrai chantier en ce moment beaucoup de travaux lancés de part et d autres. Le honeybee se trouve au milieu d un sentier qui commence par une foret obscure la nuit. Les chambres sont sous forme de huttes et de petites superficies avec une odeur d humidité prononcee. Il faut apprecié la salle de bain decouverte ! Le linge de lit et de douche est vieux et sa couleur est loin du blanc.

Een fijne omgeving

Agus en Gede (zijn zoon) waren geweldig. Niet alleen maar heel netjes en aardig maar ook erg behulpzaam. Zij stonden meteen voor je klaar als je iets vroeg. Zij tonen allebei ook interesse in je verblijf en willen je graag op weg helpen. Echt een aanrader!

Oase van rust met fantastische host

Agus! In de weken voor we zouden aankomen hebben we al meermaals contact gehad met Agus, de host van HoneyBee Huts. Deze man maakt het verblijf onvergetelijk. Hij regelde het vervoer vanaf de luchthaven tot aan zijn verblijf. Ook onze reis naar ons nieuwe verblijf heeft hij verzorgd. Een dagtrip. Niks is te veel, en alles met een grote glimlach. Je accommodatie is op loopafstand van Mushroom Beach maar in de tuin aan het zwembad ben je weg van het drukkere strand.

De badkamer is wat verouderd en zou wel een opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken.
