Lovely

The view was amazing, could see lots of turtles over the cliff and beautiful sunsets. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

WARNING! Do not stay at this property at any cost. We arrived to expect a sea view Deluxe room as the photo on the website. The Deluxe room does not have a Sea View it is hidden by pillars and Trees. They changed the room, but the room had damp on every wall. We declined to stay because the place is so run down with damp. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND.

Champlain million dollar views at a beer budget

This property is a bargain. I can’t understand why there’s not more people staying here. Million dollar Champaign views at a beer budget. Watching the waves crash on the rock faces was spectacular. The room we had was spacious and clean. The aircon isn’t amazing but we were cool enough at night. Mini bar stacked with drinks at local shop prices. Two sunset bars right next door to get food. Breakfast included is basic but did the job. Infinity pool was awesome. I’d hire a scooter prior to getting there as the ones they give you have seen better days. Once you arrive there isn’t anything in walking distance so we couldn’t get one from anywhere else. It’s down bumpy gravel roads and took a bit to find but was so worth it. Most things on this island are down bumpy gravel tracks fyi.

Could do with some TLC but for the price can’t complain. Shower corners could do with a scrub but that’s not unusual for the area from what I saw of other places. This was amazing value for money.

Couldn’t even spend the night

The property itself has nothing good to mention. It happens to be in a location with good view. Other hotels more worthy are in same location though.

We were two couples who had booked two rooms. From the very first moment we stepped inside, an overwhelming smell of mold took our breath away. Things only got worse when we realized that the pillows, the mattress, the walls, and even the so-called wardrobe were in mold, stained, and dirty. We knew the hotel was inexpensive and expected something very basic, but at the very least it should have been safe and suitable for human to sleep in. This was far from it—spending a night there could easily make someone ill. I wouldn’t stay in such conditions even if I were paid to do so. We left immediately and found a clean, reasonably priced hotel right next door, with the same stunning view plus well-kept facilities and nice pools. Unfortunately, this place is completely neglected, and the owners seem to be selling nothing more than the cliffside view—something everyone in the area can enjoy for free anyway.

Worst place ever so uncomfortable

The location was nice but apart from that nothing was great

Everything about it! It was dirty and damn wet feeling. Mouldy bed covers dirty everywhere. Our door was also off the hinges :/ so not able to close. It was very grim. We booked a different place that very night!

Beauty and harmony with view on ocean

Beautiful guest house, wood bungalows with view on the ocean, large and comfortable bed, AC, very good breakfast (scrambled eggs, banana pancake…), beautiful swimming pool… Made, our host, arranged us a snorkeling trip with manta rays and turtles and pirogue in the mangrove for a good price. Very calm location but bars and restaurants 5 mn walk. Best place to relax in harmony and beauty So we booked 2 more days!

I liked this hidden spot thankyou

It was near a cliff looking into the water when you go toward the edge. I liked the serenity away from everything and the blue water. Even saw a turtle swimming in it. Loved the waves crashing nearby. Bed and pillows were comfortable and good airconn hot water shower. Breakfast was simple but nice with a view. Cocktails next door with a special of buy 1 get 1 free Staff were nice and helped with a ride the next day to the harbour

The bed was comfy and the view was good

Exceptional breakfast it says but it just was one mould bread with an ant and egg and one banana shake. Room very dirty and toilet too and on the curtains on the bed full of pou of jeko and sheets steels a lot.

Beautiful sunset place, incredibly comfortable beds, nice owners. Highly recommend

The property is located on a cliff that boasts the best sunset we've seen in Asia (photo unedited). We opted for the delux cabin room. The bed was genuinely unbelievably comfortable; as were the pillows. The aircon is good too. The hotel is just a little out the way of lots going on apart from the bar next door. Restaurants etc are a 5-15 minute walk or few minute moped away. We also hired a motorbike from this hotel. The couple who owned it were nice and the lady cooked a basic breakfast and coffee included in the booking price which we appreciated. There was also a useful fridge/mini bar in the room.

When we arrived our room had been 'double booked' or someone tried to extend there stay. The owner tried giving us a partial £4 refund which we didn't accept as we had booked this month or more in advance and paid extra for the nicer room as we needed a break from moving around and didn't want a lesser room or to move our luggage again to another room at some point once the occupant had left. The owners then removed the occupant and put us in the room. On the last night of our stay, the next door bar was pretty loud too which kept us up until the early hours until it turned off- however this was only on 1 of the nights and we didn't here this on any other night and the other nights of the stay was very quiet and peaceful. Apart from the small hiccups the stay was great and we highly recommend it

the door to the toilet wouldn't close (there was no doorknob), the toilet wouldn't flush and both the room and bathroom was really dirty. We would not recommend the hotel.

Exceptional

The view is out of this world! The hotel is located right on the edge of a cliff with crashing surf. Turtles inhabit the water at high tide. Other than the sports bar next door which is only open at sunset till about 9.30, it's absolutely on its own... no shops or town. Seclusion is guaranteed.

Our 25th Anniversary Trip to Nusa Lembongan.

It suited us, as it was what we were looking for. We had booked the Deluxe Double Room with Sea View. Very convenient can walk next door to Cloudland Bar for happy hour 3-8pm. The location was great for us, as it was close to what we wanted to sightsee. Also our hosts were so wonderful, very accommodating. We definitely will be back with the rest of the family 😁

Only for feedback for the hosts, a few pillows for the sofa.

don’t recommend, I’ve been a solo traveler in Bali for 3 months and luckily my friend was with me in the room next door when we stayed here. budget place and definitely the worst place I’ve stayed even at this cost. room was so old and dirty. the track to get to the hotel is so dark and scary and there are no lights around the property. great setting for a horror film.

5 Star Location on Budget

Been here for 4th time now! in 4 years . Best Part about this places its location right on the cliff next to blue sea nothing can beat that . One can hear Sea all day has infinity pool too . Devils tear is hardly 4 minute. Little far port but most fast boats provide pick up and drop from the Hotel. They also rent moped its required to roam around the island. Every smiling Made and his wife are always there to help you. They provide basic Breakfast other meals you can have at nearby cafes. 5 Star location in Budget.

Nicely located place but wouldn't recommend! Disappointing experience.

The location is nice, peaceful and surrounded by nature. The attraction points are nearby like within 2-3kms of range.

The staff, the facilities I didn't like. I booked for two days with breakfast included however the owner initially said they just offer tea in breakfast, I had to argue to get the omelette and when I told them I would cancel the next days booking then they offered breads too to make it a standard breakfast of Bali hotels. The next day again they didn't give us the breads in the breakfast but we were leaving anyway to airport so didn't argue. They don't provide shampoo. They have the filtered drinking water but they don't provide it to their guests, even if you request them for water they ask you to buy the bottles and reject the request. And they alwaya have access to your room, so when you are away from the room, they would enter your room for cleaning and what not.

Lovely stay with amazing sunsets

The banana pancakes for breakfast were very tasty + the view to the ocean was amazing. The shower was half-outside, very cool and they put water in the fridge for us:) The persons there were so friendly, we could rent a scooter and they also organized us a taxi back to the ferry. Would stay there again!

La vue sur mer était magnifique, mais très moyennement aménagé pour en profiter, le lieu parait délabré.

Pas très simple d'accès mais ça peut aussi faire le charme de l'endroit. Très peu de luminosité à l'intérieur de la chambre. Asser rustique en terme d'équipement, pas très esthétique et confortable. La salle de bain n'est pas très accueillante, sombre et sans équipements... Je recommande si vous cherchez un endroit très simple et isolé, mais pas tellement pour un séjour chaleureux ou romantique

L’hôtel ne correspond en rien à la description. L’état de délabrement de la chambre est alarmant et le propreté déplorable. Nous avons retrouvé des vers dans la douche, la poignée est intouchable car en trop mauvais état, de la moisissure partout, l’armoire n’est même plus droite car rongée par l’humidité/moissisure, les serviettes tachées, toiles d’araignées partout. Nous avons dû quitter le logement avec 1 jour d’avance et payer un autre hôtel.
