Ideal location for Newmarket and Swynford Manor

Lovely easy place to find. Next door to pub if you want it. I didnt use it but there anyway. Everything there. Comfortable bed and line. Towels were nice. Kitchen had most things. Could do with a pair of scissors although I may have missed them.

Not really something I didnt like but more of an observation. By definition its above a cart lodge and storage area that was in use early in the morning. Didn't bother me but may other guests.

Lovely stay

It was a lovely apartment, had everything you would need. Very quiet (except for the owls) 😊

Couldn’t get the tv to work but didn’t ask so probably could have been sorted. The bed was very firm which isn’t my preference but someone else may like.

A lovely stay in a really nice annex. Super helpful host too!!

Nicky was a fantastic host, met us once we’d let ourselves in to check everything was ok and to see if we needed anything else. She recommended the pub next door for food and it was really lovely. The annex had everything we needed and was really comfortable.

Perfect location for visiting Newmarket gallops and stables... and not forgetting the Races.

Nicky an Excellent Host . Nice touch with a welcome pack on arrival (Milk,Tea,coffe sugar cereals, Welcome glass of white and red wine. Excellent pub next door, with a welcoming clientele, and good Pub Fayre..

Exceptional

In general really nice location. Apartment was nice and quiet. For my needs a really perfect as was basically just sleeping there. Best part is that the pub is actually just around the corner next house.

A 2 night stay at the Cart Lodge

We were attending a wedding at the Granary Estates and were pleased to find this lodge a short ten minute drive away. The lodge is in a beautiful location. Inside, the lodge was clean and well presented. We particularly enjoyed the bottle of Rose and some chocolates that were left for us as part of a welcome hamper. We were late arriving to the property and found the key in the door allowing us to enter and settle in as soon as we arrived. I would highly recommend this property. ❤️

Although it was self-catering, an excellent welcome box with wine, cereal, sweets and fresh milk was provided. Very comfortable and in a quiet location.

No reception for main BBC television channels. Wifi was very poor and connection very intermittent.

For what we needed it was great. Once adjusted to headroom it was ok. The property owner was very nice but couldn’t find

all very clean and nicely decorated

bed quite small for me, I’m 6’2” and having a footboard made it quite uncomfortable. Need a normal bed with no footboard. Also quite cold in property and the heating control had no instructions so couldn’t turn it up.

Cleanliness, simple decor, kitchen ideal for stay. Located next door to local pub no noise .

Diy breakfast, milk tea etc, cereals etc. White and Red wine. Comfortable lounge. I stayed over two of hotest days of the year, no problems at all.

Tall people would have to take care, especially in toilet and bedroom.
