For this price, I am sure there are better options near Teotihuacan.

The restaurant looked nice with both indoor and outdoor seating and the food was fine, maybe a little expensive for the town. The king suite was OK in size and the bed was reasonably comfortable.

In the "king suite" there was no table or desk and only two small, rather uncomfortable, armless chairs that appeared to be leftovers from a Goodwill. The water pressure was usually low and the temperature varied wildly. The only useable window was a tiny vent window on the shower wall. The room appeared to have been converted to a hotel room from something else. The kitchen for the restaurant was immediately behind the wall adjacent to the bed. So at about 7:30am, you are awakened to the hustle in the kitchen. Not much in the way of amenties... only basic soap in the shower, no hair dryer, no coffee machine, etc. Maybe somehow the other rooms were better...but i'll not chance it next time.

The location is ideal to visit the pyramids because you can walk but of course only if you like to discover the areas and walk for more than 30 minutes. the garden and flowers are wonderful, very nice and quite

Pretty and confortable, but they could do better

Love the inside of the property with green grass, a water fountain, and all the beautiful flowers. The shampoo was good. The beds were very comfortable🥰. I loved having a little corridor. Mariela was very friendly and helpful. Love the laundry service ! There is a restaurant, I did not try the food, but it was nice to have a restaurant on site. I loved being able to book the room without using a credit card and having the option of checking the rooms before paying for them. The location was very good

No hair dryer, the towels were hard ☹️. Only local channels, only 3 electric outlets. No couches or comfortable chairs inside. Not comfortable chairs to sit outside on the corridor. No lamps , no fan, no ac. There was no fridge in our room.

El lugar es muy bonito y limpio. La atención y calidad de la comida del restaurante son excelentes.

El WiFi fallaba un poco. No funcionaba el calefactor de la habitación y soy muy friolento. Me asignaron una habitación prácticamente al lado del salón de eventos, yo quería dormir una siesta por la tarde y fue imposible porque había una fiesta con música a muy alto volumen, lo cual para los de la fiesta es genial, pero para un huésped que quiere descansar (sin importar la hora) es horrible.

La tención de su personal no sólo en el alojamiento sino en cosas personales y de ayuda para orientarnos e incluso de manera personal brindando su tiempo (ya casi por salir y era al 1000%) , traslados, se veia que querian que nos llevaramos una excelente impresión y lo lograron, todo lo que solicitabamos durante la comida, almuerzo, salidas a la plaza o el el bar, era dar el 100% y más para quedar bien. Sus instalaciones preciosas, lo tranquilo del lugar y la amabilidad, la ubicación todo está próximo para lo que necesites, diversión como los bares, la plaza, las tiendas oxxo, el mercado, verde, la fuente, el jardín, etc. vamos a volver.
