Es un hotel sencillo y bonito, muy bien ubicado en el centro de Texcoco. El personal muy amable.
Tarda mucho tiempo en salir el agua caliente con gran desperdicio del vital líquido y a media noche, se cayó la lámpara del techo, afortunadamente no nos cayó encima, pero sí nos despertó. El precio es muy elevado para lo que ofrece.

Me agrado que reciban mascotas.
Desafortunadamente la habitación que nos toco no fue la esperada, una de las camas estaba sucia tenía una bola de cabello, lo cual me hace pensar que no hacen limpieza exhaustiva,de los dos focos que había solo uno servia, la televisión fue un show el encenderla. Considero que el costo fue algo excesivo para la calidad de la habitación…
