Lovely property , good restaurant, close to pyramids.

The hotel is a charming hacienda property. The rooms are small but very comfortable with heaters. The restaurant is large and offers delicious food. The pool was warm and enjoyable. Staff was fabulous.

The best option to visit Teotihuacan on your own

It is the best choice for those who want to visit Teotihuacan on their own, in peace – outside the ‘tourist’ tours that make you race against the clock! The villa is built partially over part of the archaeological site, which is huge (in the yard you can see ruins). It is completely secured, with a high fence and a guard at the entrance gate to the yard. The rooms are comfortable and cool, set around an interior courtyard with a swimming pool. The cuisine is excellent and the prices are moderate. Those who want to visit the Pyramids I recommend asking the Reception in the morning for a Taxi to Gate number 3, from where the visit can begin. (The price of the ride is negotiated in advance and is 100 pesos)

I have nothing to criticize the people at the Hotel.

Great hotel, I will stay there again.

The hotel is really sweet with great outdoor spaces and the restaurant is great for breakfast. The staff was super friendly. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean. There is a restaurant called Mitotl that is really, really close and incredible. I also like the security aspect with a gated entrance.

Good location for visiting Teotihuacan. Very helpful reception able to speak English. Very nice breakfast. Historical atmosphere. They arranged hot air balloon flight for us at very short notice.

Clean, safe and welcoming place just steps from the ruins!

This hotel felt peaceful and safe. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The grounds and building are well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is EXCELLENT! It is a 10 minute walk from the gate to the ruins of Teotihuacan and you can see the pyramids from the front gate. The pool looked inviting but it was cold and rainy when we stayed there, so we couldn't use it.

The restaurant is overpriced. Our second night there they closed the restaurant without telling us. When we realized that it was closed it was almost too late to get food anywhere. There are very few restaurant options in the village nearby, and those that exist close early. Fortunately, we found a cantina that would serve us some tacos so we didn't have to go without dinner. We had to ask for the restaurant to open for breakfast the next day.

Beautiful and friendly stay near Teotihuacan pyramids

The resort hotel is lovely and well kept. Rooms are well kept and unique. Good bathroom and good water pressure. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with them. The location is a 10 minute walk from the main entrance to the Teotihuacan archaeological site. There are lovely grounds around the hotel and when you. Walk out to the road you can see the two main pyramid temples of the site. The outdoor pool is a warm temperature.

The pillows were super flat. It is a 10 minute drive into town but the hotel is very helpful in calling a taxi.

We almost had this gem of a hotel to ourselves; the location withi.

The location was perfect; the restaurant was very good; the pool area and garden is lovely and relaxing

It`s a fantastic and very atmospheric place! We enjoyed the natural scenery and we really loved how the hotel building itself looks like. The territory of hotel looks beautiful and very well maintained. It was great to swim in the pool. All staff members are very helpful. The hotel situated very close to the Teotihuacan archaeological complex. There are many places around where you can try delicious local food.

4 STAR HOTEL THAT DOESNT LIVE UP TO THE EXPECTATION

It has a pool, it has a large garden. The cleaning person Nancy.

The bed is quite uncomfortable. Nor to the table or at room service does the hotel give the option to put the bills of what you consume on your final bill when checking out. They also don't give the option to bring a payment machine to the table nor to your room. They weren't very attentive in the restaurant,probably because there were barely any guests. I didn't feel taken care of and no staff member seemed really happy about their job.

Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, wenn man wegen der präkolumbischen Ruinenstadt Teotihuacán da ist. Das Hotel ist direkt angrenzend und man kann es einfach zu Fuß erreichen. Des Nachts ist es sehr ruhig in der Umgebung, sofern kein bestimmter Feiertag ist an dem es überall lauter werden kann.

Die Zimmer haben weder Heizung, die durchaus benötigt werden kann, noch Klimaanlage. Englisch wird nur von wenigen Angestellten gesprochen was die Kommunikation erschweren kann.

Perfecto para una escapada en pareja o con amigos.

El hotel es muy bonito, la cercanía con la zona arqueológica es un gran plus. La comida del restaurante es muy rica y pasar la tarde en la alberca climatizada es muy agradable.

Las instalaciones son de tipo rústico pero aún así hay cosas que ya requieren mantenimiento, como las puertas de las habitaciones.
