Great walking location to town, need to drive to ruins. Very noisy rooms by the streets.

I liked the staff - the cleaning staff was kind and accommodating. The beds were good and the shower had great pression. I like the inside facilities: beautiful scenery.

The rooms towards the streets are extremely loud. There's a lot of traffic all the time. I was disappointed to see the look and size of these rooms as compared to the ones across the hall with the balcony, overlooking the garden, asked to change but they were none available. I wished I had seen that in the photos. The service at breakfast was super slow, I really wished we would be able to serve ourselves - at the very least for coffee, water (breakfast was almost ouvert but the time we got these) - did not find it with the price at all. I would recommend others to eat at la FINCA a 5min walk where their breakfast buffet and service is amazing for a lot cheaper ;)

Lovely hotel at great location

Lots of space in the room, beautiful pool and great location.

No a/c in the rooms, but it does get chilly at night, so all you have to do is open the large patio doors to cool the room.

Clean room. Easily accessible by car, parking available.

Staff does NOT speak English at all! Staff did not give back my ID and kept it over night!! Thin walls - a bit noisy. Too pricy for what you get.

Everything was exceptional. The food at their restaurant was absolutely delicious! Too bad we only tried it once for breakfast the day of our departure.

lovely hotel, nice staff, lovely pool, comfortable room and great location for the pyramides.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We initially didn’t like our room so they moved us to a much nicer room with no hassle and no extra charge. The manager then found us at breakfast to check we were happy and comfortable. Great service.

The BEST hotel in Teotihuacan!

I wanted a hotel near the Temple of the Sun. The hotel's location was PERFECT! About a mile walk and I was at the main gate. If I return I will stay there again! It's only a shirt walk to downtown Teotihuacan. I couldn't have picked it better hotel!

Okay stay, just not what I read about the facilities

The pool was a nice comfortable temp.

There were multiple things on the booking.com website that were stated as available on facilities but were not actually available. The staff rarely smiled and stared so much, it made me very uncomfortable. And the location did not feel safe enough to walk anywhere outside of the hotel
