Fully self-contained & recently refurbished it includes a complete kitchen & bathroom/Laundry facilities with spacious lounge/dining room & a large covered outdoor entertaining area. The original farmhouse features 2 bedrooms with a third bedroom accessed across a covered outdoor BBQ/patio area. Completely private & only steps away from the original farmhouse, great for couples/ teenagers or grandparents wanting a little more privacy or separation.
Central to all main centres in the Bay of Plenty, Baycroft Downs offers privacy & a place to rest for the discerning traveler.
Katikati township is known as the "Gateway to the Bay of Plenty" with its Farmers Market [Fridays], historic murals & the famous Haiku walkway.
Rotorua, Coromandel, Hamilton, Hobbiton, Cambridge, Whakatane & Ohope only a day trip away.
