The original farmhouse features 2 bedrooms with a third bedroom accessed across a covered outdoor BBQ/patio area. Completely private & only steps away from the original farmhouse, great for couples/ teenagers or grandparents wanting a little more privacy or separation.
Central to all main centres in the Bay of Plenty, Baycroft Downs offers privacy & a place to rest for the discerning traveler.
Katikati township is known as the "Gateway to the Bay of Plenty" with its Farmers Market [Fridays], historic murals & the famous Haiku walkway.
Rotorua, Coromandel, Hamilton, Hobbiton, Cambridge, Whakatane & Ohope only a day trip away.

The property was well appointed with a separate bedroom off the lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. What was not clear with the listing is that the property owners reside in the main home and rent out the "flat" which is attached. A downside to the separate bedroom was that there was no on-suite which required a "mid-night" walk outside to enter the main "flat". The accomodation was well appointed and clean. The property owners were very accommodating and friendly permitting early access prior to the allocated time. Lavish gardens to walk around beautifully maintained.
