About this house rental
Relax and unwind in our brand new beach house! The beautiful white sandy beach is just 5 minutes walk away, as is the dairy for buying ice creams and the fish and chip shop. Sit outside on our expansive deck which enjoys all day sunshine. There is plenty of room to park the boat and it's only 5 minutes drive to the boat ramp to launch for a day's fishing and diving. Enjoy some kayaking on the Athenree inlet or biking on one of the nearby bike trails.
The house has a spacious kitchen with new appliances and an open plan living area. There is a second lounge area for the kids or the teenagers. There are four bedrooms. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third has a single bed with a trundler and the fourth has king single bunks. There are two bathrooms and an outside shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after a swim at the beach.
As per Kiwi bach tradition, please bring your own sheets and towels.

Property overall was clean and well equipped. My disappointment came from the fact it was on a new sub division and not finished at all still a building site and untidy around the outside of the property. Also unable to use the wardrobes as locked as well as the drawers in the bedrooms being full of clothes. Nowhere to hang any items up and the two single rooms have no storage. Outside furniture great but no outside table to sit at and something I would recommend. Slightly disappointed with some parts and annoyed we wasn’t informed that it was still being built around the property
