Very Spacious. High ceilings, Close walk to the beach, well equipped kitchen.
Can do with ceiling fans or aircon in the bedrooms

Super easy self checkin with a door code provided by hosts, great communication with fast replies to queries. The actual accomodation is superb, lots of space and comfortable beds. The photos don’t do it justice. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.
The apartment is upstairs which made it a little difficult for one of our party who is currently injured. There is a lift but it wasn’t operational during our stay. Also note that there isn’t facilities to wash clothes, but there are laundromats available in Waihi Beach and Katikati. Note this does not detract from the satisfaction of staying here, we loved everything else about the property, this is just for your info.
