About this house rental
Kick back and relax while gazing at the ocean, situated on Broadway, just cross the road to the sandy surf beach for some sun surf and sand, or a 4 minute drive at the end of the peninsula is Bowentown Harbour, a lovely sandy beach curves around the edge of the bay, This is a perfect spot for young children and those who want to swim in calm waters.
Also go on a 20 min drive to the popular Hauraki Rail trail, Karangahake Gorge walks and cycle trail. Golf courses are located in Waihi and Katikati.
a 5 min walk takes you to the dairy and Fish n chip shop, and the award winning Surf Shack Cafe is located just next to the airport. (5 Minute walk)
The House now has Mains water pressure so no problems with the shower
This beach house has 2 decks to catch all the sun, or shade, a conservatory, open plan living, with ample parking and room for the kids to play.
The downstairs area has 3 single beds, plus a Double while the 2 double bedrooms are on the top floor.

The location is absolutely beautiful. Nice quiet street overlooking the beach. The place itself is a very old and torec bach. The deck and railings didnt seem

This is our second stay at this time of the year - we love the place - it once again worked perfectly for our needs. We had a lovely long weekend with great weather - the location is great! No complaints!

Booked for the location and view which are excellent. Very basic and still in original state batch. Bring bed linnen as we missed that detail in the booking, can be hired at extra cost. Pricing out of peak season is reasonable. Peak season a bit ott for the state of the place.
