Great location, comfortable, friendly host!

Fabulous location. Comfortable bed and spacious bedroom.

The shower was not so powerful, the glass was very thin (being an old property) so was woken early by the street cleaners on the Sunday.

Clean, perfect location in a quiet street to explore Pisa.

Excellent location in Pisa. Nearby all important squared, yet quiet at night. Italians love to stay out late and hang out and talk out loudly, so be careful where you'll stay. This spot is perfect. The shower is a bit tight but does work well. Our small recommendation would be to place a small bottle of water in the frigde and some coffee cups for arriving guests. We'd book again!

A well located property with a welcoming host, but overall too dated and uncomfortable for my stay.

The owner was friendly and welcoming, and it is in a great location.

Although the location was great, the TV didn’t work, the kitchen area felt quite small, and the air conditioning was very loud. The property was more dated than expected, and unfortunately I decided to leave a night early.

Cozy accommodation in the center

Great location - in the city center, walking distance to the airport and train station. Small but very cozy, clean with a comfortable bed. The owner was very helpful and everything went smoothly. I would recommend and I would stay here again.

Only one bath towel for two people. Fortunately, we had our own.

Not worth it

Location was good: 10 min walking to railway station, 30 minutes walking to airport. Grocery store was near by. Wifi worked well.

At first this apartment looks good but then you notice... - Apartment wasn't properly cleaned: a lot of hair on the floor, on the carpet, everywhere. -Noise cancelling is nonexistent: even with closed windows we could hear everything happening on the street. Bring earplugs. -Getting keys was in person. So we had to tell the exact time of arrival which we did not know. Using locker with a code would be much more convenient. -Local tax we had to be paid in cash which was problematic as we usually do not have any. -Kitchen looked very tired: no wine glasses, everything in stains so I had to rewash it, fridge was leaking and made scary noises. -House was very old and you could feel, not in a good way. -Bed was very squeaky.

Great apartment for a few days in Pisa.

The location was fantastic, the bed was really comfortable and the air conditioner in the bedroom was great because of the heatwave during our stay. The apartment was very compact, but has everything you need. Sandro was a very helpful and friendly host who let us check in early due to our flight arrival time and gave us a helpful guide of places to eat and drink in the city.

The shower tray filled up when you were showering so the plumbing is maybe not so good, but this could be due to the age of the building. We felt the apartment could have been a little cleaner and some redecoration may be required.

Great place to stay for a short break in Pisa

This apartment is ideally situated for exploring Pisa being just south of the river. Everything is in walking distance. The apartment itself is compact and comfortable with everything you need for a short break. The only disappointment was finding a washing machine there and then discovering that it wasn’t working. Although we never met Sandro his communication with us over WhatsApp was excellent

I recon at the beginning were a bit unsure about the place because from out side does not look what we were expecting but once inside everything changed... we were happy in every way, the allocation of the place just in the right spot with everything near by, no more to say that if you want to spent time in Pisa we can recommend this place indeed!!!

Good apartment in a great location.

Great location just by river and main shopping ,easy to get to Tower area, train station and airport by foot. Spacious bedroom with good size comfy bed , flat was clean and has some good old building charm.

Not much natural light or views from apartment ( looks out to government building). Bathroom and shower are quite narrow. Not many pans or cooking utencils if you do decide to cook ( not that you need to, lots of bars, cafes and restaurants in no more than two minutes walk).

The apartment is good and clean. They give towels and soap. Location is close to everything.

The building is very old and there is a smell of trash in the street where the windows look at, so it's a bad idea to keep them open. There was noise in the street at night.

Apartment is located just in perfect place. It is clean and comfortable. Our flight landed early and we were allowed to leave our luggage which was very helpful as we could start explore city without carrying our suitcases with us. Highly recommend

We had an unforgettable stay in Pisa’s center, walking everywhere no problem.

Sandro, who waited for us to give us the keys, was lovely and kind. The apartment is situated perfectly, walking to Pisa’s center takes literally 2 minutes, walking to the train station is equally quick and easy. The amount of lovely cafés, bars and restaurants is astounding. We had a lovely stay.

The apartment itself is pretty small, which didn’t bother us, as we spend the days outside. The street outside is pretty loud, but that is to be expected, as the apt is right in the heart of Pisa.

Bliski dostęp do historycznych obiektów. Dostęp do środków komunikacji, żeby dostać się do wybranych miejsc położonych w Toskanii. Dobre połączenie z nadmorskimi miejscowościami - Marina - Pisa, Tirrenia.

Bien placé mais climatisation inexistante et bruyant

L'appartement est bien placé. Petit supermarché à proximité. On peut visiter Pise à pieds sans souci. Proche de la gare à une dizaine de minutes.

L'appartement est très mal insonorisé. On entend tous les bruits de la rue et notamment le restaurant chinois juste en dessous et le nettoyage de la rue. La canapé est trop petit pour tenir à deux et les accoudoirs sont sales. La climatisation fait un bruit d'enfer et donc pas possible de dormir avec la nuit. Le filtre est plein de poussières, j'ai du nettoyer le soir même. Il faut l'entretenir sinon les gens vont tomber malade. L'eau de la douche n'a pas beaucoup de débit.

2 Nuits à Pise dans un appartement agréable , le soir des Luminaras, et visites obligatoires.

Appartement agréable en plein centre ville, a proximité de l 'Arno... et par chance le jour ou plutôt le soir des "luminara"

Je pense qu'il manque une cafetière et un micro-onde pour parfaire l'équipement de l 'appartement.

Odličan apartman u samom centru :)

Objekt se nalazi u samom centru Pise, svega nekoliko minuta do željezničkog kolodvora i kosog tornja. U blizini preko rijeke nalazi se i veliki dućan, a glavna ulica je 50m od apartmana. Domaćin je bio iznimno ljubazan, komunikacija je bila odlična, imale smo sve što je bilo potrebno, apartman je bio čist i uredan. Preporuka. :)
