Very poor experience

Location, nothing else.

This was the worst experience I ever had in my life. After we checked-in, the apartment was super cold, it took two days for the temperature to be optimal. The dishwasher didn't work as the water was not coming to it, and it took them four days to fix it (6-days stay), even though we reported it immediately. We traveled 9 people (7 adults and two little kids) and imagine washing every single piece of dish in hands. Still, the worst experience was that one toilet was leaking and the water was running out of it, so as a result it was out of order. They didn't manage to fix it during our stay, so there was only ONE working toilet for 9 people.. We're going to make an official complaint regarding this. The kitchen was pourly equipped - no electric kettle (not to mention sugar, salt, pepper, which occurred a standard for me), cups and glasses - almost every piece looked differently.. It doesn't seem to be a big cost to buy a decently-looking tableware for 7 people. Although it's a ski resort, there was no dedicated area for the ski and boots inside, so we had to keep the whole equipment in the car boot.

Die Wohnung ist eine ziemliche Enttäuschung und wir sind so froh, dass wir nicht mit sieben Personen angereist sind. 1. Die Wohnung erweckt den Eindruck, dass der Besitzer vor kurzem gestorben ist und alle seine Sachen dort gelassen hat. Die Schränke sind voll mit für uns nutzlosen Dingen. Die Bücher überall und die schönen Bilder machen es einigermaßen erträglich. 2. Die Küche ist zum bestenfalls zum Kaffeekochen ok; allerdings gibt es nur eine kleinen Kaffeekocher, der für 4 Personen nicht ausreicht. Es gibt keinen brauchbaren Tisch und am Abend reicht das Licht kaum aus, um etwas zu sehen. 3. Die Wohnung ist den ganzen Tag dunkel und bekommt keinen einzigen Sonnenstrahl ab - selbst wenn die Sonne scheint, bekommt das Wohnzimmer zwischen 15:30 und 16:30 (März) ein wenig Sonne ab. Sie liegt am Hand und ist hinten in den Hang eingegraben; auf der Westseite nehmen hohe Bäume das Licht. man muss den ganzen Tag das Licht brennen haben 4. Das hintere Bad ist ein schmaler dunkler "Schlauch" und hat eine Dusche von 70 x 70 cm, was für eine Wohnung, die hochgerechnet 7500 Euro im Monat (wir haben für 10 Tage 2500 Euro bezahlt) kostet, völlig unzureichend ist. Die Fliesen sind schimmelig, eine Schranktür lässt sich nicht schließen und das Furnier der Tür blättert wegen der Feuchtigkeit ab. Das WC tropft immer noch. 5. Die Wohnung erweckt den Eindruck, dass der Besitzer vor kurzem gestorben ist und alle seine Sachen dort gelassen hat. Die Schränke sind voll mit für uns nutzlosen Dingen. 5. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer haben ihre beste Zeit seit 10 Jahren hinter sich; die Bezüge sind abgenutzt und eingerissen. 7. Die Heizung funktioniert gut, auch das Wifi ist mal mehr, mal weniger gut. 8. Viele der Mängel sind in den anderen Bewertungen von vor 2 Jahren bereits beschrieben; anscheinend sieht der Vermieter keinen Anlass, die beseitigbaren Mängel abzustellen. Alles in allem ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis eine Frechheit.

le logement est grand et la literie de 2 des chambres sur 3 était de bonne qualité

Il n'y avait pas de place dans la cuisine pour stocker les courses qu'il fallait entreposer dans la salle de séjour. Il y avait un four traditionnel mais pas de plat pour l'utiliser! Et pas de micro onde. Nous étions 4 et il fallait sans cesse laver les couverts car il y en a peu. Les fenêtres doubles ne sont vraiment pas pratiques pour aérer le logement, ça prend de la place et ça se cogne sans arrêt. Notre appartement avait très peu de vue vers les montagnes. Heureusement que nous étions les seuls occupants de l'immeuble car tout résonne dans le batiment. Quand on ouvre une porte, même en faisant attention le bruit se répercute et les autres portes claquent. Dans la baignoire il y avait l'évacuation du lave linge qui était fixée façon bricoleur du dimanche. Ce logement, comme la plupart dans Cortina est beaucoup trop cher par rapport à sa qualité. Il était propre mais ne vaut pas le prix demandé. Nous comprenons que les gens viennent en camping cars ou vans aménagés.
