About this apartment rental

The apt. is on two levels, it has 4 bedrooms (1 master double, 1 twin, 2 singles) 6 beds. 3 of the rooms with own balcony. Small fully-equipped kitchenette with DW, microwave,cosy sitting-room with balcony overlooking a spacious, beautiful terrace with incomparable view on the mountains. The apt. has 2 bathrooms shower, 2 independent parking-lots, TV LCD in the main rooms. 'Ciasa toa' is located at approx. 1 mile from the centre of Cortina d'Ampezzo which is easily reached with a pleasant 15-minutes walk. For non-walkers bus-stop to village centre at 50 mts , three excellent restaurants nearby and - at approx. 300 mts - a fully-equipped play-ground for children. To the north-east , at about 2.5 miles on the main road to Tre Croci Pass, are the two distinguished ski areas of the Faloria and Cristallo.

Great place! Our host Carla is amazing, she’s very attentive and responsive and helped us with anything we needed. Her apartment is clean, has parking, and only a few min drive into town. We would definitely stay here again!

This chalet has incredible views from the terrace & the main bedroom. It is charming with lots of wood, but the bathrooms & kitchen are very updated. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The owner & her brother was very kind & speak excellent English which was a comfort as our Italian is dismal. I was sick & the owner offered to get me medicine or groceries. We highly recommend this rental & it has parking another plus!!!

The house is very convenient, well located and with all kind of equipment. Vittoria is a great host. Unfortunately at the end of the stay we suffer a ski accident and we are very thankful how Vittoria support us, she was very kind and helpful

Vitorria and Carla were warm and welcoming hosts. This alpine home has every comfort to make your stay exceptional; from a comfortable sitting and eating area to a well equipped kitchen (complete with a bottle of wine for our stay as well as snacks and fruit!) and comfortable bedrooms with cozy blankets. While the weather was somewhat cloudy (great for hiking), we did not have much of an opportunity to enjoy the deck, however, it is spacious and a great place to sit and enjoy the scenery. I thoroughly enjoyed the sound of the river just outside the back window. We would recommend this location to anyone who enjoys the outdoors, beautiful scenery, a lovely place to return to in the evening and hosts who are welcoming and appreciate the guests who stay with them! Our only regret was that our stay was too short!

Vittoria and Walter are great hosts (thank you for the delicious snacks and wine!), and everything about this property was wonderful and perfect for my family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers to enjoy an amazing week skiing around Cortina. The apartment is cozy and and comfortable, and with a full kitchen and 4 bedrooms on 2 floors there is more than enough room. You step out in the morning to beautiful views of the mountains all around, and you are only minutes away from several lifts. There is a ski bus steps from the house and the downtown area is about 2 km away, so very walkable (though after a day of skiing you are happy to have a car or catch the bus!) We were all so sorry to leave after our week and cannot wait to return! Thank you so much, Vittoria and Walter!

We had good communications with the owners on arranging our weeks walking holiday in Cortina. This continued on arrival with a welcome basket of provisions { plus the biggest bottle of local red wine } and some time spent informing us of local walks and access to the mountains. The information on the booking website was spot on, the accommodation being a mile out of time with good views from the sun terrace across the valley and town. Inside the property it had four very clean and comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen for every kind of cooking and a cosy lounge diner. The town was accessible by bus from outside the property or a walk down the hill, the car was used for shopping trips. In October the town was busy enough to give us good shopping experience and in the evening a good choice of restaurants. Overall the holiday was a brilliant experience, I always wanted to visit the Dolomites and it was everything and beyond what I expected. The owners and people in the town were very friendly making us fell very welcome and most spoke English which helped a lot. All this made the complete holiday package 100% enjoyable and hopefully I'll make a return trip in the future.

E' stata una vacanza meravigliosa, anche grazie all'assistenza continua di Carla, Walter e Vittoria che anno cercato di rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto con la loro gentilezza e disponibilità. La casa è molto confortevole e vicina al centro di cortina. Raccomando a tutti questa vacanza, amici famiglie con bambini.. Grazie fratelli Catturani! Inoltre il proprietario di casa noleggia attrezzature per lo sci di fondo ed io ed i miei amici ne abbiamo usufruito con enorme piacere!
