Nice apartment in a perfect location. Highly recommend it

The location was perfect and the view from the private balcony is amazing. Leonardo, the owner was very nice and accommodating. He also provided a number for a porter that was very responsive. The apartment was clean and nicely appointed. The restaurant across the street had the best Bruschetta We’ve ever had

We overslept for a 10AM checkout (we thought it was 11 checkout) - clearly our fault. I messaged Leonardo and he was understanding. In the meantime, the cleaning crew showed up. One of the two women was polite but the other screamed at me in Italian for 2-3 minutes and then had someone on a cell phone tell me in English that I’d never rent again and I had 10 minutes to get out, then hung up. I later spoke to Leonardo who told me all was fine.

This is absolutely a unique apartment with an exceptional view of the three most important attractions - the iconic city, the sea and the sunset. A stylish, cozy and clean apartment that has everything you need. Located on the first floor with a comfortable balcony, which is rare in this area. Very helpful owner. Book and enjoy!

Perfect stay location in Riomaggiore

We loved the little extras the host left in the room like the bottle of prosecco that we drank out on the balcony. He had left us coffee for the morning and croissants for breakfast. The location could not have been more perfect. There is a small pizza place right when you enter the building that we had dinner at the first night as we arrived late. It is wonderful to sit on the little balcony and watch the people walk by as we watched the sunset. If we had any questions the host replied instantly.

The tv in the bedroom could be a little bigger. Everything else is perfect :)

Very good communication and directions from the host as far as getting there from the train station. A simple lockbox to access key to the room. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, and there was plenty of space for my wife and I. A short walk to the main drag of shops, eating/drinking, and small markets. The view and location are AMAZING!!! The little balcony provided an unforgettable place for people watching and relaxing after a long day exploring and climbing stairs. An absolute front row premium seat for taking in the sunsets, and watching the local tour guides tie up their small boats in the little marina.

This place was magic. Perfect spot for the most beautiful sunset. Fantastic facilities with homely touches. Gelato store right below apartment and going for a midnight swim effortless! Will definitely be back!

The view from the balcony was spectacular!

Wow! I've stayed at a lot of beautiful places around the world but the view from this studio apartment beats them all. My wife and I loved sitting on the balcony just absorbing the incredible scenery of the Cinque Terre coast and the colorful harbor area of Riomaggiore. It would be hard to find a better location anywhere in the Cinque Terre. The hosts were super attentive and communication was always smooth. Alessandro's son greeted us at the train station and even bought us a refreshment as we waited for our luggage to be transferred to the apartment. The studio is spotlessly clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the AC provided sufficient cooling even on the hottest days of the summer. The hosts provided treats for breakfast and beverages. It was a memorable stay and I hope to be able to return someday.

Riomaggiore at it's best!

This is hospitality at it's best. Alessandro and his son Leonardo are totally accommodating for your every need. Besides being great hosts, they have a great apartment. Wife and I stayed 7-nights and wish it was longer. Couldn't have had a better home base. The harbor side balcony, the sunset view, the location, the amenities, the hosts (again) and more, were all perfect. Much thanks for a wonderful stay. Hope to make it back some day!
