About this apartment rental
Unit 45- 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial Gulf Views. | This two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the fourth floor of our Grand Tower Building. The amazing views from the condominium are ideal for watching the sunsets! Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The master bedroom has a two queen beds with a 32" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 43" flat screen TV. Enjoy Direct TV service in the living room as well with a 55" flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open kitchen plan has granite counter tops and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. The condo has tile in the common area and carpeting in the bedrooms. The patio has been incorporated into the living room which expands your entertainment area and has sliding windows that you can enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

We have never stayed at The Palm Bay Club. This year we needed a place to move to from another resort last minute. The office staff was wonderful, got us reservations, allowed us to check in early and enjoy the beach. Our room was wonderful! Plenty of space and so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t have loved the Palm Bay more. The gated entrance and security felt so safe. The provided chairs were fantastic. The location was amazing. We couldn’t have loved this place more and we can’t wait to be able to come back again!

The staff was exceptionally helpful. I'd like to thank Tammy for her 25 years of service she was excellent! The condo location was ok but the unit needs some TLC and updating. The bathroom ceilings are peeling, the toilets are too low. The master bedroom should have the King bed and the guest bedroom should have the two queens beds. It would be nice to have a hairdryer in both bathrooms. Also, it would be nice to have some cleaning products like an all purpose cleaner and windex. The Keurig coffee pot should be replaced.
