Borgo Apartment by Mamo Florence

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, with several lovely cafés nearby for breakfast and the river just a short walk away. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. We visited during a heatwave, with temperatures reaching over 40°C. While the bedrooms stayed cool, the living room struggled to keep up despite the air conditioning. That said, these were extreme weather conditions, so I imagine it would be perfectly comfortable during normal temperatures. The host was fantastic—very helpful, quick to respond, and always available if we had any questions. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, making arrival completely stress-free. Overall, we had a great stay with our family and would happily recommend this apartment to others.

Location is good..

Stairs to get onto the property, some random agreeements made us worried, there is a lot to do self service check in process. The check in process is very painful, there is a lot of serl service documentation and we need to sign a random agreement which was confusing, the bins notice is also confusing and worryiing, finally they said not applicable to us.
