beautiful apartment located in a very nice non tourist area where within 30-60 min drive you are in Maggiore Lugano or Como. The Varese area itself is beautiful and offer great visits with few tourists and mainly local.

The appartment was located in an old villa-castel with a beatifull garden. The rooms are spacious with beatiful wall decoration. The owner was very kind and gave us very helpful information.

CLEAN AND NATURE CLOSE CASTELLO
It is a typical Italian castle. If you like it, it is a perfect choice. It is very QUIET and CLEAN. 1. HOST: kind and English speaking. 2. EQUIPMENT: in the kitchen you will find almost all you need. 3. SPACE: spacious, two-level apartment. 4. PARKING: free and you can always find a place to park. 5. SAFE AND QUIET (with children probably a great choice).
1. LOCATION: without a car, you have no chance. Very poor quality roads leading there, whichever direction you come from. 2. IT IS DARK. The windows are too small to let in enough light. 3. TOO HOT where the bedrooms are (there are fans, but.....), so in summer it is not really comfortable. Would have opened he windows, but look under 4. 4. INSECTS!!! There are loads of mosquitoes, bugs, spiders. For nature lovers OK. 5. Finally, you have to walk up the stairs quite a lot. For us it was not a problem, but just to say. And for the first time (we usually stay in apartments) I could not find any cleaning products (toilet, or surface cleaner). I like to clean after myself. So maybe it would not be a bad idea to add some.
