Great breakfast and straightforward greeting and checkin. Clean and a perfect setup for our family. Location vs Malpensa can’t be beat.

I really like authentic locations. And this surely is one. As a nature and animal lover I felt at home immediately. Monica and Benito are lovely hosts. And the breakfast was beautiful!

Great way to end our vacation

Very good pretty place on a river. Really lovely even in winter. The owners are so nice and friendly. You can tell that place was made with love. Beds are comfortable there is also a restaurant for dinner not far away. Breakfast was simple but very nice. My daughter really enjoyed the animals.

A beautiful place, offering a hearty breakfast in a family atmosphere. It's a shame about the shuttle service, because this is a place you should take your time to enjoy.

What a wonderful place in the middle of the forest but also close to the airport.

The hosts and the location were lovely and fully available. When we had a late arrival, they organized a cab for us which was seemless. The family room apartment was great, warm and comfy. The breakfast was delightful and coffee was amazing!

Unexpected tranquility and serenity so close to Malpensa airport.

- Beautiful peaceful unique property 20 or fewer minutes from Malpense airport and other public transportation / autostrade - Room clean, comfortable and cozy - great sunrise view over a meadow with a stream immediately outside your door - Wonderful friendly hosts made sure you were taken care of without being overbearing. Included breakfast in the beautiful solarium was delicious and filling. - Hostess got to know us / our interests and offered an unsolicited recommendation for a visit to nearby Lake Maggiore that turned out to be a highlight of our trip. - Would definitely stay again / highly recommend

Rustic unpaved road leading up to a fenced, gated entry which was a bit scary when navigating at night for the first time. The approach does not give you confidence about the booking when arriving late at night. However, the property is lovely, and the hosts are accommodating.

Quiet stay in the country with lovely hosts

Excellent hosts, made us feel at home and ordered pizza from a nearby restaurant. Quiet, rural farming area, beautiful scenic drive to the property. The rooms are big with comfortable bed, nice bathroom with luxurious towels. A lovely breakfast was included with good coffee.

Relaxing, immaculate and welcoming.

We received a warm welcome from the owner. The room was perfect, very clean and with lots of character. We felt so relaxed at the property. As others have said there is a gravel track to the property, take it slowly and you'll be fine. There are two ways to access the property, one way is a much shorter track than the other, so be sure to check which way Sat nav is taking you!

The light at the end of a very long flight.

Amazing place. Very quiet and beautiful home. Just note there is a small amount of gravel road driving which is no problem at all, in any car. Our host was welcoming breakfast was nice. This was exactly what we needed after our flight from NZ. We cooled off in the water race behind the house, which the kids loved. Beautifull building from the 1400's.

Taxi drivers from MXP were reluctant to drive on the gravel road to the property at night but we found one after some negotiation.

You can’t get there by taxi

We paid for a room but never arrived. Turns out this place is in an agrotourism district that requires taxis to have cars cleaned for a whopping 60 euros. Two taxis turned us down flat, said it’s not worth the trouble. I consider this false advertising that this information was not clearly visible online.

We stayed at Agriturismo Helianthus the night before our flight, and what a perfect decision it was! Monica is an exceptional host; very kind, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about making her guests feel at home. From the moment we arrived, she went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The property is a peaceful haven surrounded by nature, yet conveniently close to Malpensa airport. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The Host hospitality turned what could have been just a stopover into a memorable experience. We would absolutely recommend Agriturismo Helianthus to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Monica, for your kindness and the lovely stay. We hope to return one day!

Absolute quality.

So many things. The host was kind, helpful, and professional. The location is very close to MXP but felt 100 miles away. The main building is a former mill and the canal runs alongside, creating the sound of running water all the time, which we found absolutely amazing. Rooms were super clean, modern and highly functional and well thought out.

Truly, we had a wonderful stay. I never thought I'd glow about a stay right by an airport, but this place transports you. Out of the flight pattern, out of town in a way which makes you feel like you discovered a slice of heaven.

Agriturismo close to Malpenza

Beautiful Agristurismo with animals in the yard and the river just flowing by, a small forest lies close to the property and in the vicinity of Oleggio . The Malpenza airport is just 15 minutes away and it was a pleasure to be able to drive such a short distance to get to the airport.

The accommodation was as expected - we used it as a good airport accommodation for when you have children. Our daughter really enjoyed the farm and playground. The hosts were really nice and generous.

Nothing major. The only suggestion we have is that the free airport transfer offering include pick up and drop off (even if they need to charge). The property only includes drop off so we had to find alternative transport to get to the property.

friendly Italians and good trattoria del ristorro in Oleggio made our stay supper good

crazy milan airport taxi drivers ! all of them were refusing drive us to that place! although their refusal is illegal.only 2 options call to police or call to rent car. breakfast is ok but not any eggs (farm hotel hahah) room is cool , mattress is perfect . but river , waterfall is too noisy

Monica and her husband did above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us during our stay. I cannot thank them enough for driving us to the airport and to a restaurant. Beautiful farm and lake. Lovely continental breakfast.

I wish we were staying for longer. Bring mosquito repellant. Would be perfect to hire a car as taxis are hard to book.

This was the perfect spot to unwind after 3 hours of driving before our morning airport departure

Nice quiet country location. The second floor balcony was a nice unwind with a bottle of wine. The host was flexible on our early arrival.

The long dirt road left us us wondering if we were lost. We drove past the location so better signage would be an improvement. Wine was available which was great. Cold beer available would be an improvement
