Ideal for a short stay easy to get to airport ( free shuttle ) helpful staff loved the interior

Loads of breakfast items bottled water milk and cake too, we couldn’t take much with us though on our early start but really appreciate what was there

We wanted to drop off our luggage prior to check-in which was available only it was in an outside area which did not have any security, it would be better if luggage could be left within the locked area ie at the entrance to the property around the back . Also on arrival because the area is a bit tired and with overgrown grasses, my husband was very hesitant about staying ( I booked and read reviews and was happy!) .he was however pleasantly surprised on entering the apartment and said how lovely it was and sorry for doubting me/it!

Great find- super convenient for the airport & very comfortable!

This is a little gel of a place only 4 minutes from the airport. It has secure parking & a great breakfast provided. Also it is surprisingly quiet- much quieter than the airport hotels! Very comfortable & a great sleep.

A small issue was that we did not get enough milk for two days of the stay. Only a problem because there was nowhere close enough to go and get some when we realised.

it is very close to the airport (7 to 10 minutes by car). The driver Mr. Saheb is very nice gentleman. He doesn't speak a lot of English but he is an amazing & cooperative person.

This apartment was amazing. Our host was wonderful and extremely helpful. She left the apartment set up for us with cute little details. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was also nice and quiet and very convenient to the airport.

Breakfast is ready for you, no matter what! We had a really early flight and our host left everything ready for us. She also accommodated our needs by letting us drop our luggage off before and allowed an early check-in. We are really happy for that!

No supermarket near by, so plan ahead, if you need anything.

Not much,,,it was clean

This place should come with warning. Need car, walking from shuttle was brutal with flies and remote location without much signage No food in walking distance and no deliveries,,we had to make do with cereal for dinner. The place was hidden in middle of nowhere with no lights after sundown, the supposedly beautiful garden is a weed patch full of black flies. Left at Crack of dawn as we did not want to spend a minute more there.

Lovely flat, unusable mattress which is a real shame

Lovely space, well presented. Close to the airport with shuttle buss 5 minutes walk away going every 20 minutes. Has all the kitchen equipment you could want, a decent shower. Even got toothbrush as part of bathroom kit (no tooth paste though so one without the other is bit unusable). The host was easy to communicate with and sent instructions for check in on WhatsApp on the day.

In the Queens apartment, the bed is unusable! We were both just stuck in the middle of it. Trying to inch towards the side felt like trying to roll up a hill, just to then feel yourself slowly sliding back towards the middle. The mattress needs to be changed otherwise it's hard to get any sleep and it's a real shame as the rest of the flat was lovely and would deserve a high score. It's nothing to do with the flat, but be aware someone was trying to buzz in and asking for reception's phone number when it's clearly not a hotel (no bags, not looking like a tourist) so there might be some local scammers in the area.

Location was good for our needs. Close to airport and close to only restaurant in town. The breakfast was varied cold cereal and packaged items. Refrigerator was stocked with water, milk and yogurt, which was nice.

The bed needs replaced. There is a pit in the middle that my husband and I had to try not to roll into. neither one of us got a decent night sleep, the mattress is worn out and sheets are scratchy.

Fantastic location, space and service

We only stayed for a night as it was an "airport hotel" for us. But the hostess got in touch early and gave us very clear details of how to get there and get in. Keys were very easy to collect and the location was gated and felt very safe and secured. The suite was bigger than anticipated, very clean and we loved the "in-room" breakfast and the full set up the hostess had ready for us.. They really catered to us and provided a crib for the baby and an extra bed for our older kid. Another great part is it was 6 mins from the airport which made it very convenient for us as we had an extremally early flight. Overall, a definite 10/10 and would come back here next time

Bad stay in a good room in very good location.

The location in terms of proximity to the airport is very good and the apartment was big enough for four of us.

The breakfast was essentially dry items with long shelf life, stored in the apartment before we reached. There was nothing fresh - no fruit, eggs, or anything that needs to be maintained. The coffee maker was not working and hot, dirty water was being gathered in the tray at the base of the machine, instead of coffee coming into cups. The apartment does not have any kind of support mechanism to attend to such issues. I informed the owner/staff over WhatsApp and instead of sending somebody to check it there, he denied any problem with the coffee maker. Check-in was confusing. I contacted the property to send me the password details of the key box a little earlier than 24 hours, as we were to travel from 5 am on the day of arrival. In spite of knowing this, when I could check my phone (using international roaming data services from a running train), I found that after we started traveling, the property sent several messages asking for immediate communication of scanned copies of passports over WhatsApp, etc. and preached me that it is "courteous" to send those before my arrival. I was forced to find and upload the passports over WhatsApp while I was on international roaming. During our two-week-long trip to different countries in Europe, we stayed in different properties mostly booked using WhatsApp. This is the only property where we had to face this kind of problem. The communications were one-way and more like ORDERS. We stayed only for a few hours in the property, after reaching late in the evening. The room and beds were good. However, the bath was very small and hence, one has to come out of the bath area before being able to dry completely using towels. Overall, it seemed that the owner/staff was insensitive, and does not have a proper attitude to catering to guests. Role of the host was more like a "hostel manager".

Nice and clean. Very close to Malpensa airport (ca 5 minutes with the taxi) so it is especially convenient if you happen to arrive very late. Easy and clear instructions to do a self check in (and check out).
