Check in time limitation

Nice location

Check in time is limited and I have been not informed in advance by booking.com and waited a lot infront of the motel and finally by chance a guest entered and gave me the host mobile no and after my call she come to me and gave me the room otherwise since at late afternoon I saw nobody in the area and the door was closed and everybody slept I had to stay inside my car

A friendly, charismatic place with a delightful owner. Pop into Vergiate for surprisingly good pizza

A fun and friendly setting, staying in amongst the horses was lovely. The host, Francesca, is very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were cool and quiet, communal seating areas were great for reading a book or having a warm drink.

Wi-Fi reception was patchy, but we were there to get away, so not a problem!

Great hospitality

Francesca was a wonderful host, made you feel welcome. A visit to nearby SestoCalende was a pleasant surprise. Nice dinner with a view on the Ticino river.

Comfortable old fashioned country place

Fantastic place in the middle of the forest. Full of character, but comfortable and relaxed. Friendly host. Good breakfast. Handy for airport pickup. Trust the satnav - it really is a couple of km down a gravel road !

Booking .com says there is no parking . This is not true there is plenty of parking at this property within the grounds and just a few metres from the rooms

Beautiful property and wonderful host!

Francesca was a wonderful host! She welcomed us shortly after booking last second due to a change in our travel plans. She made us a delicious lunch and helped us get back to the airport to continue on with our travels. The property is gorgeous and we wish we could have stayed longer to explore.

The setting above the stables, the trees, friendly host and staff. Lovely home cooked food and delicious breakfasts.

Only downside was people smoking but it wasn't too bad.

I’d go back again and again, especially if is found a solution for internet connection

Top hospitality! I was served dinner exceptionally, as they usually only serve lunch. The location, immersed in nature is also amazing.

The owner was very sweet and tried anything but their internet connection does not allow more than emailing, in case you are working (only available near the breakfast room).

Exceptional

A very nice host, she met us really friendly despite the fact that we were pretty late. Comfortable and nice room with air conditioner. The breakfast was also good - tasty juice (I don't know what it was, but it was refreshing and not too sweet), scramble eggs from the host and nice homemade pies. The stable is beautiful, it looks almost like it is from a movie. Unfortunately, we weren't able to ride horses, because it was Monday - the day of rest for the horses.

Looking forward to a longer stay next time...

A beautiful rustic stables and equestrian centre bordering a nature preserve. Very serene local. Our hostess Francesca, made sure to ensure our comfort, helping us with local information. My only complaint was that our stay was too short! If I ever in the area again, I will look forward to a return stay.

The air conditioning could have been a bit cooler, however, it worked fine despite the record-breaking heatwave Lombardia was experiencing. A very minor inconvenience.

the place is great for family who love authentic places and nature. Our kids loved the horses . The host was really nice and advised us about the places to visit. We had a great time

the access is not easy , not all the GPS send you on the right road, and I ended stocked in the forest but the host came to deliver me

Wonderfull place to stay with a kids. Horse farm in a midle of the forest. Rooms are on top of the stables. Very nice owner. Very cosy place

Magical location, great hospitality and cleanness

Very friendly owner. Great breakfast. Room is spacious. It's Nice that you see horses when you wake up, unique location. We could enjoy one night dinner with the host, which was nice if you have kids that need to go to bed soon (but check it before booking) The location is in the forest. It means it's cooler in summer, it's great for hikes and peaceful feeling. But be aware you need to drive 20-30 mins if you want to go to the lakes/city/shopping. So they location fit depends from what you like to do.

Our youngest child wasn't allowed to even sit on a horse (starts only with age of four), while his passion for horses was the key reason to book it, so just be aware of the age limit. Maybe for children a small playground could be added.

The best thing about this property are the people who run it - wonderful hospitality went out of their way to welcome us & make us feel at home. Awesome breakfast - best one we had in our 4 week trip - home made jam, freshly picked blueberries, fresh rolls & our lovely host even made us scrambled eggs (and those are only a selection of the offering!). The rooms are slightly older style but had a kitchenette & huge bathroom. Good wifi.

As usual google took us on the ‘road less travelled’ to get there - so pays to double check with host which way is best to arrive from!

Le lieu est magnifique. En pleine forêt au bout d'un chemin. Le logement est dans un très beau centre hypique. Le petit déjeuner est pas mal. Pas extraordinaire.

La chambre était moyenne. Pas très bien organisée. Le mobilier est en fin de vie. Le lit est épouvantable avec un matelas defoncé. Les serviettes de toilettes sont très usées.
