Sleeping on an ashtray

The whole place smells like an ashtray. Cigarette smelled the most in the bedroom. It ruined completely the enjoyable bed and how clean all seemed. NOT close to the airport.

Confusing and inconvenient, and poorly. maintained

The place itself is spacious and clean

From the start, there were tons of "instructions" on how to get there with a promise of a free shuttle and short walk. The instructions leave out details like having to go down a level and the version at the airport is wrong. Eventually you get a shuttle that drops you off in the middle of nowhere, then you have to drag your bags over grass, and walk 1.5km in dark and poorly lit areas with uneven ground. I have a bad leg injury and can walk for a bit but that was ridiculous let alone how unsafe my wife felt on the way there. Afterwards we don't get told which flat is the one we're staying at, and had to guess from which one had code locks. The bedroom also only has see through curtains so you get no privacy to boot. Overall I booked the place as a cheap and convenient overnighter, but because of the above i ended up arriving 2 hours after we landed. We might as well have gone into milan

It was a close drive to the MXP airport

We weren’t able to get into the apartment until 5:00pm. We had to wait outside of the gate for an hour. The neighbors have a rooster that started crowing at 4:00am.

Absolutely discourteous rental agent. Don't rent from him.

Nothing. I never gained access to the apartment.

I paid the entire rental fee (131.20 euros) online but failed to see a box for an additional 1.2 euros for local tax. When the rental agent told me I had to pay the tax before I would be allowed into the apartment I couldn't figure out how to do it online and I offered to pay in cash at the premises but was told that was impossible and that I would not be allowed to enter OR to use the free shuttle service from the airport until it was paid. My companion had traveled 2 hours by bus to meet me there. She became frustrated by their attitude and elected to return home before I even saw her. I too did not appreciate the inflexibility and unwillingness to try to find a solution, so I did not stay there either. Later the rental agent made a big thing out of waiving the cleaning fee -- like it was a terrifically generous gesture, EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM WAS NOT USED.

Jag anlände vid 01-tiden på natten och hade tidigare under dagen försökt få kontakt med boendet för att få information om hur jag skulle kunna komma in i lägenheten under natten. Trots upprepade försök att nå personalen fick jag inget svar. Jag fortsatte att skicka meddelanden, men fick ingen respons. Under natten tog jag en taxi till boendet, men ingen öppnade dörren. Till slut tvingades jag och min familj att ta tillbaka till flygplatsen och sova över på golvet på flygplatsen, vilket var mycket påfrestande. Först vid kl. 04 på morgonen fick jag ett meddelande från boendet där de beklagade situationen och meddelade att rummet hade reserverats av någon annan. Kommunikationen från boendets sida var bristfällig, och det var frustrerande att inte få någon återkoppling i tid i en så viktig och pressad situation. Baserat på denna upplevelse kan jag tyvärr inte rekommendera boendet.

A localização e muito boa perto do aeroporto mas difícil de encontrar chegamos às 3h da manha tudo escuro 2 prédios com 6 casas cada não havia indicação de publicidade nas portas andamos 20 minutos a procura da casa no escuro com lanternas do telemóvel essa parte foi horrível

Fortunatamente, nonostante l’ora tarda, ci ha risposto al telefono il gestore molto gentile della struttura e ci ha guidato nel trovare la palazzina e l’ingresso della casa.

Zona aeroportuale ma non semplice da trovare, specialmente se si arriva di notte e con la pioggia. Nonostante lo shuttle bus che ti lascia in mezzo ad una strada buia e senza nessuna indicazione. Nonostante il prezzo, non bassissimo, non abbiamo trovato neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua nell’appartamento ed essendo praticamente in mezzo al nulla, di notte non è semplice riuscire a trovarne una.

1. Инструкция о том как найти апартаменты не подробная. Было написано что можно дойти пешком, но это не возможно. Также указано, что входная дверь это та которая подсвечено. Но света не было вокруг двери вообще. Других опознавательных указателей не было (ни номера квартиры, ни номера корпуса дома, ни отметки на карте и или фотографии самой двери). 2. Постельное бельё грязное. Одеяло воняло человеческим потом, а на простыни были хлебные крошки. 3. Грязные полы. Липкие пятна на полу от пролитой газировки. 4. Грязные полотенца. Было около 10 штук полотенец в коробке, аккуратно свернутые. Но все они сильно воняли плесенью и затхлостью. 5. Фен отсутствовал. 6. Кондиционер был, но не было пульта и мы не смогли его включить для обогрева. При этом в апартаментах было очень холодно. Мой дорожный термометр показывал 18 градусов. Обогреватели были почти холодными.
