Ein sehr schöner Ort! Wir waren 2 Nächte hier und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Handtücher, Spülmittel und Föhn waren vor Ort. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt.

Das Zimmer liegt direkt neben der Haupteingangstüre und an der Straße. Wenn das Tor durch andere Gäste geöffnet wird, ist es sehr laut; auch das Restaurant gegenüber ist am Abend laut, was für uns mit den 2 kleinen Kinder ein bisschen schwierig war. Es war nicht alles komplett sauber (Haare auf dem Bett und dreckiger Überzug auf dem Sofa) und 2 Kakerlaken haben wir auch getroffen.

La posizione è ottima, immersa nel paesaggio della provincia di Varese, e i servizi sono sempre all’altezza: tutto quello che serve per stare bene anche durante un soggiorno di lavoro. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, motivo per cui continuo a sceglierla. Consigliata senza dubbi. ✅

A beautiful historic palazzo with a rich history. A lovely little town, far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Easy self check-in using a lockbox

Unfortunately, after the successful self check-in, no one responded to my messages via the Booking.com chat. The property advertised a spa with a sauna as well as a gym, but neither facility was signposted, and there was no information about them in the room. I eventually found the spa area, but I was unable to get the sauna working. My questions regarding its operation went unanswered. This was disappointing, as one of the main reasons I chose this property was the opportunity to use the sauna. During our stay, there was construction work directly outside our room, including the use of a jackhammer. As we booked at very short notice, the room did not appear to have been freshly prepared. There was a noticeable amount of dust and several hairs on the bed linen, which gave the impression that housekeeping had been rushed or incomplete.
