DOES NOT FEEL AS NICE AS THE PHOTOS MAKE IT LOOK

Clean and fairly modern.

Staff didn’t answer any calls or texts until the afternoon before I was due to check out. There are no instructions on how to use anything. You have to work it all out for yourself. The sauna is only open during the evenings and even then I never saw any staff there operating it and there was no instructions on how to turn it on yourself, something I never ended up managing to do. I rescheduled my stay by two days and told the host I didn’t mind moving apartments if it helped them accommodate my new dates. I was moved to an apartment without a washing machine and was not notified that this would not be in my new apartment. The central heating takes 36 hours to start warming up, only goes up be 2-3°C per day.

Pleasant

Cosy apartment - fairly newly renovated. Easy check-in, keys were in lockbox. Responsive staff, all necessary information was provided before our arrival. There was no extra charge for the dog.

The process of paying for accommodation was very strange. Immediately after booking apartment, 200 euros were blocked on my bank account. Then the host contacted me via WhatsApp and wanted a copy of my ID and payment for the room. I have never had such an experience even though we travel a lot in Italy. The first transaction was actually a pre-authorization to validate my card... I was told that the money would be refunded on the day of departure, but unfortunately that was not the case. I got the money after a week after leaving. Very inconvenient if you have a planned travel budget. Parking is also very difficult. Contrary to the description, parking is not included. There are only two parking spaces next to the accommodation, which are always occupied (public parking lot). Parking is available approximately 500m from the accommodation. As for the apartment, it was a bit dusty. Our apartment had a sofa that you can convert into a bed yourself. But you have to do it yourself (the sheets are under the bed). The bathroom door was impossible to open - close as it sagged. The window in the kitchen was broken. Apartment was without air conditioning, but it has a fan. Given that our apartment was in the attic and it was hot outside, we didn't sleep much. It was 28 degrees at night (with the windows open!) and if you have the fan on it's impossible to sleep because it's very loud. I looked at the reviews on booking and had very high expectations but was disappointed. The price is good, but unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again.

Very hot especially on the upper part of the room. No hangers for towels, no shelf in the shower. Dogs barking in the morning - not for late sleepers. Thick dust layer on fans.

We really liked this place, so clean and nicely decorated. Big and lots of space. Very nice bathroom.

Everything was great, the one thing we missed was an air condition, cause it gets so hot. There were 3 fans though that helped a little.

Nice looking crap hole

After setting thermostats of radiators maximum room was warm. Kitchen was ok and with basic utensils for cooking.

Getting main entrance code and how to find the key box was informed via several WhatsApp messages, copies of ID card, credit card were requested and still the payment had to be done in cash. Room was cold when we arrived, not enough hot water in the shower for two persons, room had smell of mold, no parking places around the hotel - there were some park slots near by, but not dedicated for the hotel quests and all were occupied in the evening. No real bed in the room, just a sofa bed which was really bad for sleeping.

Everything you need is in the apartment, it is modern, the bathroom is excellent. Orino is a very nice village.

Spacious and unusual

Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, large towels, unusual building. Good host who reacted promptly.

The washing machine is in a different mountain village, 10 minutes away by car. No coffee maker and furnishings and fixtures a little below standard. Parking could easily be a problem.

A really amazing stay in a beautifull village in northern Italy.

We staid for 6 nights in appartment 6 with 4 persons (The appartment with 2 sofa beds and 1 normal bed). The room was really really clean when we entered the appartment, so that was a big plus. when all windows and the doors are closed you don't find any noise coming into the appartment. The surface of the room was okay for the money that you pay for it, but always can be bigger ofcourse. The contact with thiago was also excellent. The hotel itself was also beautifull with some really old and beautifull decorations. Overall I would totally recommend to stay in this hotel.

there was no airco in the room which was needed sometimes because of the heat at night. Nearby is a church which starts to ring at 7:30AM. The hotel itself can do nothing about this, but might be good to take in considiration. Sometimes it was also very difficult to find a parking place in the village, but again the hotel itself can't do nothing about that.

Appartamento spazioso, zona tranquilla, cortile bellissimo e ben allestito, comodo il selfcheckin.

Ci hanno chiesto di pagare tramite link o bonifico, cosa che non dovrebbe succedere. I pagamenti dovrebbero essere solo tramite booking. La casa non si riscalda bene anche se si mettono i termosifoni a 30gradi. Nonostante ciò siamo riusciti a soggiornare e ci siamo trovati bene.

Preisleistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht in Ordnung.

Es hatte einen kleinen Balkon und die Küche war in ordnung.

Es war ein unkonfortables Bettsofa vorhanden, welchen man selber vorbereiten musste (selbst die Bettlacken beziehen etc.). Es war extrem laut, weil irgend eine Familie fast die ganze Unterkunft gebucht hatte. Wir mussten alle fensterläden nach unten ziehem, damit die nicht in unser Zimmer reinsehen. Also war es überhaupt nicht schalldicht.
