About this villa rental
Elegant and typical tuscan villa with pool and beautiful panorama on the Island of Elba for 10 guests. The villa lies in Magazzini situated in front of the elban capital Portoferraio in the Portoferraio Gulf. From the villa, the balconies, the terraces, the garden and the pool guests enjoy a splendid panorama in total privacy surrounded by the typical mediterranean vegetation. Portoferraio with its restaurants, bars, shops and services is just 8 km far away and the Magazzini beach distances 500 meters.
Arriving you can park your car directly on the property in front of the house. The villa has two floors and entering the ground floor you find a large living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, two bedrooms with 2 beds each, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area.
The first floor offers three bedrooms with double beds, two of them with a private balcony, and two bathrooms with shower.
The outside area and garden offers various furnished terraces and a small swimming pool with whirlpool (3 x 6 meters) from which you have a splendid view over the Portoferraio Gulf. In the evening it is a great spectacle to see Portoferraio and the Medicean Fortress lighting up.
Magazzini is a nice little village with several hotels with their restaurants and various sport possibilities. There are diving schools, sailing centers… and also boat rentals.
From the villa you can also reach in only a few minutes the Acquabona Golf Club and all the nearby beautiful beaches: Biodola, Forno, Marina di Campo, Lido di Capoliveri…
The villa is ideal for families who want to spend an unforgettable vacation on the Island of Elba and take advantage of the location of the villa to visit the island, the numerous beaches and natural sights of Elba.

Die Villa Stefania ist wunderbar! Ein sehr schönes Haus, tolle Zimmer und ein fantastischer Ausblick aufs Meer. Man ist weit oben, hat dadurch einen tollen Ausblick auf die Bucht und zum Strand muss man ca 10 min gehen, was auch voll ok ist. Man kann sich ja auch im Pool erfrischen :)

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in der Villa Stefania und verbrachten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet (Flügel!) und hat mehrere Terrassen und Sitzplätze - großartig. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir ohnehin jeden Tag mit dem Auto die Insel erkunden wollten. Der Strand im Ort ist weniger schön.

Proprietà di sicuro fascino in posizione invidiabile. Ben tenuto e curato l'esterno. All'interno spazi comuni ampi; per la capienza della casa la cucina risulta un pò piccola seppur ben attrezzata. Relativamente alle cinque camere presenti, noi eravamo in 7 adulti e ne abbiamo utilizzate quattro, le tre presenti al piano superiore, due sono le originarie, ampie e curate e molto luminose e dotate di balconcino, una con bagno privato e l'altra con bagno in comune con la terza camera ma con ingressi al bagno separati, quest'ultima camera di ridotte dimensioni e ricavata successivamente. I bagni al piano superiore sono nuovi e ampi con grande box doccia. Meno spaziose le camere presenti al piano terra con un solo bagno (senza bidet!) delle quali una con ingresso dalla cucina e separata dal salone con porta a vetri e tende, sicuramente adatta per ragazzi considerata la scarsa privacy.
Massima la disponibilità e cortesia sia del contatto presente su Vrbo che della Sig.na Stefania in loco. Il luogo è magico per la vista eccezzionale sul golfo di Portoferraio, la tranquillità seppure a pochi km da ogni tipo di negozi e la presenza costante di una leggera brezza; il tutto porta ad apprezzare anche una giornata senza uscire dalla villa. Il giudizio complessivo finale è più che positivo e ci si può sicuramente tornare.
