it was ok, a little disappointing

the big matrasse was pretty worn out. there was no real door to the small bedroom, only a curtain. we couldn‘t sit outside, until the sun went down, because there weren’t enough shadow spending facilities. in high season (juli/august) the way down to the beach is exhausting to walk, unfortunately there’s a camping around the appartment, so you can’t take a direct way to the beach. there‘s also a bad smell coming from the camping toilets.

Walking distance from a beach, short drive to Capoliveri, nice airconditioning and nice view on the mountains

Not so private and bed+pillow are uncomfortable (hard pillow, soft bed) . Not available are: dishcloth, washing powder, cleaning cloth and herbs. If you take that with you yourself then you can have a comfortable stay

Great apartment in a good location

Spacious, good outdoor space and lovely views over Capoliveri. Not luxurious but clean tidy and a bit quirky. Great location close to the beach which was good for children. Easy access to the island and Capoliveri and Porto Azurro.

Thought it had 2 bedrooms from the photos thought it had. Plenty of sleeping space but only one separate bedroom. It was a shame the dishwasher hasn’t been replaced.

Rilassante vacanza sulla collina

La posizione della struttura (vicina sia al mare, raggiungibile a piedi, sia a località popolari dell'Elba, tra cui Capoliveri e Porto Azzurro), la pulizia, il parcheggio, il micronde, aria condizionata, i gestori sono molto organizzati e disponibili.

La porta d'ingresso: essendo a scorrimento e molto pesante, certe volte può causare qualche problema. La salita per accedere alla casa non ha due corsie di marcia, quindi qualcuno, con un po' di sfortuna, potrebbe dover fare una retromarcia un po' ostica. Non è di certo un segreto, ma essendo una depandance comunicante con un'altra (sempre della stessa gestione), devi essere fortunato con i vicini, valutate bene se siete persone anti sociali: la terrazzina è in "comune" e non così marcatamente divisa. Ho trovato il letto un po' corto, lo sconsiglierei per le persone alte meno di 1.90 m

Piccolo e carino

L’appartamento (dependance 1) è piccolo ma carino. Spazio esterno gradevole con una bella vista nonostante non sia “vista mare”. Zona silenziosa. Apprezzato i kit asciugamani e lenzuola sigillati. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi in 10 minuti e ci si trovano dei bar.

La zona giorno è completamente finestrata e la tenda non è per nulla oscurante: il problema sorge volendo dormire con il condizionare acceso perché quello è in soggiorno; se volete lasciare la porta della camera aperta, portate una mascherina per gli occhi. Suggerisco di fornire un bidone della spazzatura più piccolo per l’organico, perché in quelli forniti è impossibile fissare il sacchetto (abbiamo usato il bidoncino del bagno). Un piccolo rotolo di carta igienica è fantastico nel kit di benvenuto, però se nella lista delle cose fornite leggo “carta igienica” penso di non doverla comprare. Idem per “prodotti per le pulizie” che consiste in una boccetta tipo campione di sapone per i piatti e spugna e null’altro.

Molto bello lo spazio esterno, giardino privato molto ampio e accogliente

L’interno della casa è un po’ umido e la finestra in camera è molto piccola.
