Cozyhouse 211 free wifi a rented electric bicycle

The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, they took us through the apartment and explained the appliances & rules. The apartment was also supplied with everything we needed! Tats was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off at the station, and help us send off our luggage to the Yamato office, with no questions asked! It was an incredibly comfortable and cozy stay, we are extremely happy with our experience. Thank you guys so much!

This place is great, I liked it so much that I extended my stay! Very clean and comfortable apartment, with a well-thought out layout. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated having the stovetop, full fridge, washing machine, and balcony. Most of all, host was very kind and accommodating. He picked me up from the nearby train station and patiently went through all instructions in english. The location is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. And the electric bike is such a lovely way to get around the city. I highly recommend this place!

Nice accommodation overall. Cute area which feels fairly suburban. They kindly offer to pick up from the train station (see below for some considerations) and drop off.

The check-in process is particularly annoying and the main thing that let the accommodation down. The property manager wants to meet up in order to hand over the keys. This means you have to specify a time you are going to meet. Sadly life (and public transport) doesn’t always work with absolutes and precision - due to our train being slightly delayed we arrived at the pick up location 15 minutes late, only to find that the property manager had left already. We then had to walk towards the accommodation for half an hour in the heat. As I am all for constructive criticism I recommend you change this process by encouraging people to make their own way to the property (not a pick up location that isn’t actually that close) and having a member of staff be present for check in for the duration of the check-in time. The location is fairly poor but this can be seen prior to booking by looking at a map. It is close to a bus stop though!
