Cozy house K46, free wifi a rented electric bicycle

Generally it is a good accommodation giving value from money. It has all the facilities we expect. The Owner picked us and dropped us to/ from Kitayama station.

An iron and ironing stand could have helped. It us quite in north of kyoto requiring min 40 min travel for any site seeing. There are only few eating options around. The owner displayed lots of impatience when we were a bit late in reaching Kitayama as there was considerable queuing at kyoto station from where we had to collect our JR passes. His understanding that things were beyond our control was a bit poor and note that we were not reaching at a very odd nightly hour.

洗濯機、洗濯洗剤、タオルやカップなど使用しやすかった。ゴミも捨てやすくて良かった。

バスマットもう一つあったら嬉しかったかな？

交通の便もよく、閑静な住宅地内でした。

建物は古いですが、掃除が良く行き届いており、女性の小さな1Kアパートに滞在している感覚でした。 冷蔵庫や電子レンジや洗濯機などの家電や食器や調理器具や洗剤も揃っているので自炊も可能です。 電動アシスト付き自転車が滞在中1000円で貸し出しをしてくれました。 自転車にスマホスタンドを設置してあり、地図アプリを使って、色々と京都の観光ができました。 電動付きアシスト自転車なので、多少遠い場所でも快適に移動ができ、鮨詰めのバスとは無縁で移動ができました。 自分は金閣寺や竜安寺、京都御所なども楽々移動しました。

建物が古いのて仕方がないのですが、水とお湯の蛇口が分かれているのが使い辛かったです。
