PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Royal Penthouse Three-bedroom condo is very spacious, luxurious, and comfortable. It has a spacoius primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a separate spa/Jacuzzi room, a built-in closet, and a full modern bathroom; a second bedroom with a king-size bed, built-in closets, and a second full modern bathroom; the third bedroom with a two double (=full-size) beds, built-in closets, and a third full en-suite bathroom; a living room with a comfortable queen-size sofa-bed set; a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-seat dining bar-table and separate 6-seat dining table, a laundry(washer/dryer) /storage/facility hallway.
There are three large balcony terraces adjacent to the living room, the primary and the second bedroom, each also with amazing ocean views! Further, accessed through an internal spiral staircase, there is a 900 sq. ft. tiled roof terrace stretching over the condo, with terrace furniture, a full-size gas BBQ-grill, an outdoor hot tub, and a spectacular, panoramic ocean view! This unit provides you with about 2,100 sq. ft. of living space, plus 900 sq. ft of the roof terrace. Four Cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom), a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Boca Catalina(=beach-side) building on the third floor with no floors (other than its own roof terrace) above it.-Sleeps max 8.

Oceania resort is a great location on Eagle Beach. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the rooftop and watching cruise ships arrive from our balcony. Our condo was exactly as described. Sand chairs were great for spending time at the beach. Only negative is not enough lounges at the pools.

Good views. This unit is large and located next to a great beach. Some good restaurants close but need to drive for a better variety. Would definitely recommend and return.

The size of the unit was great for our family of 6 Grandparents, parents and 2 children. This unit could use a little updating fresh coat of paint goes a long way. For the price of the unit you would expect all items to be working ice maker was broken and fixed 1/2 way thru vacation and still not working properly, dishwasher needs to have the wheels fixed on lower rack it was easier to just wash the dishes, a light fell down out the ceiling over the kitchen counter one night. Possibly another lock on the door having small children the could just open the door we found ourselves putting something in front of it to prevent this.It was great to have beach chairs, towels & coolers available to use.We have stayed at Oceania prior to this trip at another unit that is why we came back again it is a great spot.
