PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Larimar Delights Three-bedroom condo is the perfect beach holiday retreat to spend a memorable holiday with up to eight families or friends. The white sand beach and turquoise water of the world-famous Eagle Beach are just a few steps away. This luxurious vacation rental accommodation is located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, the newest vacation rental resort on the island. The balcony, stretching across the primary bedroom and living room, offers you outdoor seating to enjoy the serenity and the tropical landscaping of the resort. Come and enjoy the tranquil resort, the soothing ocean, and feel the sunlight dancing beneath Caribbean waters.
The open plan living area is provided with a large Smart TV, two 3-seat sofas (1 is a sofa-bed with a queen-size mattress), a 6-seat glass dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. A half-bathroom and a laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities are also available for your comfort.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, and access to the balcony. The primary bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a 2-sink vanity, a glass-enclosed shower and toilet, and a free-standing bathtub to soak and indulge during your stay. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. And the third bedroom has two twin-size beds, a TV, a built-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This unit provides you with 2,120 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, cable TV, and four flat screens Smart TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the left hallway off the elevators on the second floor. Sleeps 8 guests in 4 beds plus 1 queen-size sofa-bed.

The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills, and an ice machine. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. The LeVent properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba are also equipped with coolers and portable beach chairs (stored on the ground floor) for guests to use during their beach outings. Property and amenities was beautiful and right across the street from Eagle's Beach. Carlotta and Edmar were amazing property managers and were very helpful with recommendations, services and arranging excursions and a rental car for us. WE had the most amazing time. Thank you, and we will be back.

This is our second time to Aruba. First time staying at Levent. It is a spectacular condo building and the unit we stayed in was amazing! Prestige vacations who manages the building was so great to deal with start to finish. We had Carlotta lost days and she was wonderful and very helpful. The condo is super clean, inside and out. Pool and bbq area well maintained daily.
We had platinum services with our unit which we loved as it was service like a hotel so daily towel changes and beds made up. We had all the space needed for our family of 5. A few things that could be addressed in this unit. I’d highly recommend kitchen could be better stocked for cooking. Sheet pans, baking dishes, Tupperwares supplied, etc….we only cooked 2-3 times in two weeks but for anyone cooking daily these items added would be very helpful. Overall we loved loved our stay enough so we are coming back Christmas 2024.
