Welcome to your beachfront paradise at Aqua Vista Three-bedroom condo! It is completely equipped to maximize a large family's or traveling group's comfort and enjoyment. Take in the breathtaking beach and resort pool views from the living room or the L-shaped balcony, which has several outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and a lounge chair. The spacious living room has a 3-seat sofa plus 1 queen-size sofa bed, 2 swivel chairs, a large TV, an 8-seat dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with 3 barstools.
The spacious primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, a desk, and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has a jetted tub, glass-enclosed shower, 2 vanity areas, and a separate enclosed toilet plus a bidet room. The primary bedroom also has access to the L-shaped balcony with partial ocean views from inside the room.
The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and built-in closets. The third bathroom with shower is located in the hallway opposite the third bedroom.
This condo rental has 1,900 sq. ft. of living space. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi in the condo, free parking space, central air conditioning, 4 cable TVs (every bedroom and living room), beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your beach outings. Overall this Condo Resort was a great experience. The beach is right across the street with easy gate access to the beach. The updated condo was very nice with all the kitchen amenities/appliances needed for cooking. We utilized the patio grill and it worked great as well. They have plenty of (8 beach/pool) towels. There are also beach chairs and some sand toys in the unit. There is a washer and dryer. We had issues with the dryer completely drying our clothes/towels by the 2nd to last day of being there but they offered to take those items to another unit and dry them, which was nice. Our biggest complaint was there not being enough large body towels and wash clothes for showering for our party of 8, it required us to wash towels more often. I do also recommend to bring your own trash bags, as the ones provided break very easily. We would absolutely stay here again.
