Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condo Resort - Coral Sea Garden is a 3BR ground floor condo with 2.5 bathrooms, a large terrace with an outdoor private Jacuzzi, BBQ-grill and easy access to the resort pools and just steps from Eagle Beach; Sleeps 8.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The most exciting area of this condo is the private outdoor terrace, with easy access to the resort's 2 swimming pool areas! Two of the resort's large swimming pools are actually less than 40 yards from this condo's terrace steps. Eagle Beach is just a few steps away from the resort beach gates. The tiled outdoor terrace has a private Jacuzzi, a BBQ grill with bar area plus outdoor seating and dining sets to enjoy the Aruba weather. A perfect setting for a well-deserved island vacation for your family or your group of friends.
The open-plan living room of this ground-floor corner unit offers surrounding views of the garden and the private outdoor terrace. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-seat bar counter, a 4-to-6 seat dining table, a desk, two twin-size sofa beds, and a large Smart TV. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a half-bath restroom, down the long hallway that lends access to all the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a large primary en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, double-sink vanity, a toilet plus bidet, and a glass-enclosed shower. The second and third bedrooms both have a queen-size bed, a Smart TV, built-in closets, and these share the second bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.
Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and 4 cable Smart TVs (in the living room and each bedroom) are all available for your extra comfort. This condo is located on the ground floor in the corner of the Palm building and provides you with 2,500 sq. ft. of living space, plus an additional 1,200 sq. ft. of private outdoor terrace. Our family of 7 all adults had an amazing trip! The unit was clean, spacious with everything needed. The outside grill and patio was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. The location was amazing right across street to Eagle Beach, bus stop right outside the gate. Pools were perfect to stop at for a quick swim in the morning, evening or a stop on way back from beach. It is super quiet, which was fine with us. Unit came with bath and beach towels as well as beach chairs and cooler. There were a few bars and restaurants in walking distance. Running/walking paths that go along the roadway and very well lit (due to weather a lot of people run at night).
Aischal the concierge at Prestige arranged fishing, spa, jeeps our groceries (which were all unpacked at the unit when we arrived) and our pick up drop off at airport. Can’t give enough kudos!

This is our second time to Aruba and we needed a 3 bedrooms. Hotels were a no go so we looked at this property and we were not disappointed.
Oceania is located right on the door step of the beautiful Eagle beach
You can walk south to Divi beach and restaurants and north to Palm beach and eateries or you can eat locally.
The unit managers are great to deal with and did anything they could to make the stay better
- transport from airport
- pre order food for unit
Furthermore, just a quick walk away we found a car hire for $40/day and could explore the entire island

We loved our condo at Oceania Residences! Exactly as pictured and described. The resort was in a great location on Eagle Beach! The Prestige staff was great!

The Oceania was a great stay for our family of 5. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. The AC was great and the private hot tub on our patio was a huge hit. It did malfunction about 2 days into our stay and it did take them a few days to get the circuit board replaced, but everything else was perfect! We can’t wait to return! Great beach and area! Super friendly staff!
