PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Garden Delight Three-bedroom condo is a delightful vacation rental, located within the Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condo Resort, just steps from the world-famous Eagle Beach in Aruba. Amazing for families, groups of friends, and admirers of outdoor living. This ground-floor condo has a private spacious terrace with a CUSTOM-MADE 6-person outdoor hot tub, patio furniture, a (gas) BBQ grill, all within a nice tropical setting with some ocean view through the resort's landscaping. Enjoy the warm weather on the private terrace, relaxing around the pool, or cool off at the beach with a swim in the ocean. A walk on the beach at sunset is a lovely setting for sharing downtime with your loved ones.
The living area is furnished with a 3 + 2-seat sofa set (including a queen-size pull-out sofa-bed), 2 additional swivel chairs, a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with 6-stools. The hallway lends access to the washer/dryer closet plus the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a twin-size pull-out sofa-bed, built-in closets, a large TV, and access to the outdoor terrace. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, built-in closets, and a large TV. Both bathrooms with a shower are located in the hallway.
The spacious studio room (650 sq. ft.) is connected through a door in the living area. The studio room accommodates up to 4 guests with a king-size bed and a queen-size pull-out sofa. It features a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge and freezer, a 2-burner electric stove, microwave, small appliances, kitchenware, and tableware. The room includes a 4-seat round dining table, a large TV, and a walk-in closet leading to a bathroom with a shower. The studio room also has access to the furnished terrace with a (gas) BBQ grill.
This unit provides you with 1,950 sq. ft. of living space, plus an additional 1200 sq. ft. of outdoor terrace. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi in the condo, 2 code-lock safes, free parking space, central air conditioning, 4 cable TVs (every bedroom and living room), beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your beach outings. The property location in perfect on eagle beach. This area is not as crowded as the other hotels area which makes it great. You can hop on a bike or scooter if you want to be in the busy area in just a few minutes. The condo itself it great for 6-8 people and with 3 full baths it works good for 3 couples. The only issues we had were that the resort was doing Contruction the entire time we were there. They had large boom lifts painting over our condo as well as jackhammering up a patio nearby. Also, the maintenance crew would mow the grass in the middle of the day and blow grass into the pools and hot tub. The condo supplied beach chairs and coolers which was great, but they could use some updating. We also brought a nasty roach home in our suitcase.

The Oceania is the perfect place to escape the crowda. Its overlooks the best spot on Eagle beach. The resort is beautiful and extremely safe for all ages. Our 3 bedroom condo on the ground floor was nicely set up and very roomy. I highly recommend Oceania.
