The home has been completely remodeled into a modern masterpiece. The living area looks out onto a private pool and fire pit and provides the ultimate space for entertaining. Our home is very private, very quiet and relaxing. It is the perfect get away for a couple or two or a family that wants to have a great time in the sun. Our exclusive rental provides a spa like feeling with interior styling they may make you feel like you are at a boutique hotel. Special Note: The construction you see next door in some photos is completely done, so no danger of any construction noise or dust.

Host was great and flexible. Enjoyed the property. Pool warm. Only thing I would change is the thermostat that keeps defaulting to “chilly” at nighttime (62). We had to keep turning it up. Manually. But that doesn’t change the 5 star rating. My wife and I and are boys all enjoyed our stay and holiday there.

We had a lovely stay and fell absolutely in love with this location. It is close to absolutely everything and walking distance to the river which our kids loved. Tom was a very responsive host and we appreciated everything.

We had such a nice time at this property. Home was clean, neighborhood quiet, and the location was close to restaurants and shopping. We had everything we needed for a long weekend in the desert. The owner was very responsive when booking and provided a manual via email prior to arrival which answered any questions that came up during our stay. Very happy with this rental and look forward to visiting again.

We found the home exceptionally clean. Everything looked brand new and sparkly. Loved the pool during the day and the firepit at night. Ideally located to the River made walking easy and accessibility to many restaurants.
