About this house rental
Enjoy living in a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath midcentury-styled house with all the modern conveniences and comforts. It is situated high up in Magnesia Falls Cove and is surrounded by 360 degrees of stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains. Inside you’ll find immaculately restored vintage furnishings blended with contemporary pieces to enhance your entertaining. The house offers a living room with soaring ceilings and a gas fireplace, plus an office space, and a spacious family room with dining for 10. There is a large 2 car garage with plenty of additional parking in the circular driveway. The quiet, very private back yard welcomes you to indoor/outdoor living with covered living/dining room spaces, a professional grade kitchen island and grill, ample lounging options in the sun or shade and a propane fireplace. The heated 50 ft lap pool, large spa and putting green are brand new. You have easy access to everything the Coachella Valley has to offer in this central location between Palm Springs to the east and Palm Desert to the west. You’re just a short walk from Rancho Mirages’ “restaurant row” and The River Entertainment Complex, and a quick drive from the luxury shopping and dining on El Paseo, local hiking along the popular Bump and Grind or more challenging trails and golf courses to suit all tastes and budgets.
Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.
There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.
Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals
The Rancho Mirage Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
All persons must be at least 30 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.
Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.

We always rent in Palm Springs but this property in Rancho Mirage caught my eye. The neighborhood was great for walking and is right in the middle of all there is to enjoy in the valley. The outdoor covered patio with tv was the best feature.The views of the mountains in all directions was so pretty. Jerry the manager was so helpful the first few days with all the questions one has trying to figure out how to operate everything in the house! (Ie he was very patient!)

We stayed for the month of March 2024. We stay in the area for a month every years, and this was our favorite place so far. Beautiful property, clean, well-equipped, plenty of outdoor shade. Very quiet neighborhood, shopping close by.

Nice remodel done very well and authentic to the MCM era. Well appointed and thoughful details throughout the house. Neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and very walkable. Easy walking distance to the bump and grind hiking area. Overall, we would love to stay here again.
