About this house rental
New contemporary house located in Arcachon, in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shops, the Aiguillon 300 m. from the port and the beach on foot about 400 m. The city center is 800 m. Other beaches on foot or by bike. This ground floor house includes:
Ground floor: Large terrace with garden furniture, summer dining room and barbecue grilled,
large living room of 45 m2 with a kitchen with central island, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, large fridge. A large table for meals, and a TV lounge area overlooking the terrace directly by sliding patio doors.
Parental suite, bathroom and closet.
Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner.

Upstairs: 2 large master bedroom suites, bathroom and dressing room + 1 single bedroom

Free Wifi throughout the house.
Secure parking and parking on the street for free. bed linen towels and tea towels can be provided 10euros per person. a deposit of 2000 euros must be paid on arrival and returned at departure

Excellent séjour dans une maison de très grande qualité : décoration raffinée, équipement adapté pour toute la famille, lieu calme et très bien situé nous avons tout fait à vélo. Nous recommandons cette superbe location.
