About this apartment rental

200 meters from the beach with direct views of the marina and the corsair city
Your stay at the foot of the Corsair City, under the roofs of a historic building built in the middle of the XVIII century, in this duplex impregnated with the spirit of the old malouins, will not leave you indifferent. But do not worry, in your den, free Wi-Fi will keep you in touch with our time
This duplex of 35m2, completely renovated in 2013 includes:
- 1 room of life (Living room - Dining room)
- 1 kitchen
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- Bathroom - Toilets
This duplex is located on the 3rd and 4th (last floor) of one of the few historic buildings of St Servan. Very close to the Solidor tower, its view of the marina and the Corsaire city is impregnable. Expose East - West the brightness is very pleasant.
Ideally located close to shops, the duplex is located 100 meters from the beach of Bas Sablons (very popular with families).
The duplex has all the necessary comfort for 4 people.

The living room is equipped with a sofa bed allowing a sleeping for 2 people
The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels if you do not take the "linen" option.
The equipment is mostly new equipment (Refrigerator, Multifunction Oven and Microwave, cooktop, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washer / dryer, vacuum cleaner, table and iron Iron, hair dryer, TV and free Wi-Fi. It is equipped with dishes for 6 to 8 people.
You have 100 meters of 2 car parks (Charcot and Piscine Municipale).
Pets are not allowed, the accommodation is non-smoking, children are welcome.
At the end of your stay, you will leave the place as clean as you found it, nevertheless if you wish we can make, at your expense, the cleaning by a professional.

    I had a lovely time staying in this apartment. The location was central, and I had everything I needed nearby. The view from the apartment of the beach and the port was incredible; it was a pleasure to see it every day. Nadine was a very friendly and reliable host.     This gem of an apartment is perfectly located a few minutes’ walk outside the historic centre of Saint-Malo. It overlooks a small bay and port . Being just outside Saint-Malo,it Is away from the tourist crowds but has every shop that you require for a lovely stay-boulangerie, boucherie, very good restaurants in the same street. The owner was exceptionally helpful and kind. The fittings and furniture is all of high quality. This apartment was a perfect home for a wonderful stay at Saint-Malo.
