We had an OK time, but that's because we love Dinard. Unfortunately, the marketing information gave us a false impression. It is not 30 ft from the main beach, it is more like 120 metres. Yes, there are only 5 flats in the building, but no mention is made of the restaurant directly beneath the flat on the ground floor, or that it faces onto the town's main square. A nice sea view is claimed, but it's very restricted and to get it you have to stand on the balcony and look left. The terrace is pleasant enough, provided the restaurant kitchen extraction unit isn't going. The king size bed that can be separated is actually two singles pushed together. There are no English channels as claimed on the TV. The underground car park is very tight and not suitable for larger vehicles. Some idiot parked (illegally) opposite the entrance one day, and nothing could get in or out. But the apartment is comfortable and well equipped, and is well situated for the town centre, or simply watching the world go by.

Séjour agréable, malgré un temps variable, au centre de Dinard, proche de tout (commerces, marché, plage et promenades). Aucune nuisance sonore venant des restaurants (ce que nous redoutions un peu). Atout majeur : la présence de Mme Desbois, qui a remédié avec efficacité et gentillesse les petits inconvénients qui ne lui avaient pas encore été signalés (notamment un frigo défaillant et quelques éléments de vaisselle ébréchés).

Nous sommes allés à Dinard pendant les fêtes de fin d'année. C'était très animé autant qu'au 15 août et donc très bonne ambiance. Malgré la fréquentation et sa position centrale la location était très calme. Le couchage et son lit king size : le rêve! La déco parfaite et il ne manque rien dans les équipements. J'ajoute que l'accueil est efficace et très chaleureux ce qui fait vraiment fait plaisir. Michèle et Jean

A lovely clean appartment, great position, 1 min from main beach, 1 minute from market hall, great boulangerie 30 yards away, so fresh bread and croissants for breakfast! Yet amazingly it was all so quiet. The appartment is on the 1st floor. There are only 5 flats in the building. The king size bed was comfortable.and the place well furnished and equipped, didn't feel at all cramped. Internet worked fine. We would definitely go back to this place and would recommend it to others. Dinard is a lovely resort with fantastic promenades either side of the beach, which extend into coastal paths, it's possible to walk miles in either direction direct from the appartment. Nowhere was that cheap to eat out in however, and quite a few art galleries - the sign of a resort that doesn't want to attract loud chavvy types.

Great location in the middle of Dinard with 2 bakeries, a butcher and a small supermarket nearby. Appartment is fully equipped with everything you need when you are on vacation. Especially we enjoyed the private patio in the later afternoon. If anything is missing or if you need help you can always talk to Mrs Desbois - Merci beaucoup !

Très bel appartement, bien placé ( en plein centre, proche de toutes les commodités ), bien aménagé ,propre et très bien décoré . Il dispose d' un grand salon, très lumineux ( baies vitrées ), d'une chambre, spacieuse, avec une large terrasse privative, sans vis à vis, très agréable pour un bain de soleil ou apéro le soir entre amis. Salle de bain très agréable et très propre. Accueil très chaleureux de Denise, qui vous apportera tous les conseils nécessaires , avec le sourire ! ( merci pour toutes vos petites attentions ), extrêmement disponible ( habite au même étage ) Possibilité de parking, indispensable si vous venez l été !! Mais attention, pas de véhicule trop large car la voie d accès est un peu " juste" ( aucun souci pour une voiture de taille " classique" en roulant doucement) Localisation très agréable également avec un accès plage rapide (5 minutes) par un chemin aménagé qui passe par " la rue animée "de Dinard ( restos/ bars ) Seul petit détail qui peut gêner : pas de lave linge, ce qui nous a une peu embêté mais apparemment il y a une lingerie pas loin ( Pas très pratique quand on a des petits enfants mais pas dramatique pour un séjour d une semaine ). Autre détail à savoir :location des serviettes de douche ( ce n est pas inclus ) Pour finir: la pâtisserie à droite du spar possède la meilleure tarte aux abricots qu on ait jamais mangé !!!! ( boulangerie jaune) Au total : appart génial , à conseiller !!!

Superbe appartement à la déco soignée, beaux volumes, grands rangements, bien isolé niveau sonore, idéalement situé en centre ville (magasins, marché , ciné, bars, restos) et près de la plage. On voit même la mer ! Parking sous l'immeuble. Jolie terrasse (seul bémol, resto au RDC dont la cheminée "crache" parfois des poussières de suie...) Excellent accueil de la propriétaire, prévenante et discrète. Très belle location à conseiller aux couples - (pour les familles avec enfants, ce qui était notre cas, il manque juste un lave-linge !) Excellent souvenir tout de même, donc adresse à retenir !

Dinard en juillet, centre ville et plage à quelques pas, excellent séjour dans un appartement idéalement placé, il n'y manque rien (sauf peut etre un lave linge pour les longs séjours), l'appartement est propre, l'acceuil est très sympathique, tout est à portée de mains (pieds...) restau, plage, musée, promenades etc; je vous recommande cette location, bon séjour

MME DESBOIS nous a accueillis de façon très chaleureuse ; l'appartement est très joliment décoré et agréable, près de toutes les commodités ; le fait que la propriétaire habite sur place est un + car c'est une personne très à l'écoute du bien être de ses locataires !! Bref, le séjour a été très réussi et c'est une adresse que nous ne manquerons pas de recommander à notre entourage.
