L'appartement est trés propre et dans une résidence calme. Les propriétaires sont trés gentils et de bons conseils pour visiter le coin. De plus, l'appartement est tout d'abord tres bien situé dans Dinard puisque pas loin des commerces, marché et plages et également bien situé pour visiter les alentours. Merci pour ce bon séjour.

l'appartement est agréable, bien équipé avec une belle terrasse. A 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et des plages de l'écluse et Saint Enogat. Pour la balade, la voie verte passe juste derrière l'appartement. Nous avons passé un excellenet séjour.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable. L’appartement est très bien équipé, parfaitement placé pour pouvoir profiter pleinement à pieds de toutes les joies de dinard (proximité des 3 plages principales et du centre). La terrasse est aussi très agréable, sans vis à vis, et au calme: nous n’avons pas du tout été gênés , par aucun bruit environnant. Un grand merci à Maurice pour sa gentillesse.

Un appartement très bien situé et très agréable : propre, tout équipé et bien isolé ! Nous avons passé un beau séjour en famille, situés près du centre ville et de l’office de Tourisme, nous avons pu visiter la ville et ses alentours sans aucun problème. Mr et Mme Chevalier sont très gentils et nous ont accueillis très agréablement, merci encore !

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement situé dans une résidence sécurisée et de standing ! A 2 minutes à pied du cœur de ville , il est idéal pour profiter du marchés 3 fois la semaine, du marché couvert permanent , des commerces et de la plage ! Il est très joli et bien équipé pour 2 à 4 personnes . La terrasse et le parking privé en sous sol sont très appréciable et un gros avantage !! De plus Madame et Monsieur Chevallier sont des personnes très très très accueillantes !! Je les remercie pour leur dévouement et leur gentillesse . Monsieur Chevallier qui nous a accueilli est une personne en or donc je recommande vivement cette location !! M et mme gilet du 72

Si nous devons résumer nous pouvons dire que tout était parfait depuis la réception à notre arrivée par une personne très accueillante qui nous a donné de bons conseils et était très agréable. Pour ce qui est de l'appartement il était dans un état impeccable et rien ne manquait. Celà allait au-delà de nos attentes. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la terrasse pour les petits déjeuners et les repas. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et sommes prêts à y retourner dès que possible. Un grand merci aux propriétaires.

Un + le parking en sous sol très appréciable à Dinard. Nous avons fait la connaissance de Monsieur Chevalier à notre départ, un monsieur très sympathique.

Appartement très bien meublé (déco contemporaine)et tres bien équipé ds une résidence idéalement située. A 5mn à pied des halles, du centre ville et de la plage. Les propriétaires sont très symptathiques et accueillants. Une très bonne adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour.
