Schöne Wohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn und damit in 20 Minuten in München Innenstadt, 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Ammersee, Andechs, Starnberger See……..und eine nette Vermieterin. Gerne wieder!

The place was wonderfully quaint and secluded. The neighborhood was quiet and residential but just a few blocks from the train to go anywhere in Munich you want. Monica and her son were welcoming and helpful. If you want to see the sights of Munich and surrounding areas and come back to what seems like the comfort of your own home, this is the place to stay.

The flat is near Munchen by train and the Gräfelfing city is cute. The station is close to the apartment around 5mn by walking. The place seems to be quiet but we were waked up by works every morning at 8.00 am.
Another point, the appartement seems smaller than the 60 square meters annonced.
There is not washing machine as written in the ad but Monica washed our clothes to help us (thanks :-) )
Monica is a nice person who can help you to easier your holidays.
