You'll have 2 km to inner-city island Södermalm and 5 km to Old Town (Gamla Stan)
The house itself is a newly built townhouse in the local area of Aspudden with a 20-minute walk from the inner city. Perfect match of full access to all that Stockholm has to offer, and to the calm and relaxing nature, parks, water and forests which are all around the corner.
You will have access to your own dedicated parking place at no additional cost.
All modern amenities such as TV, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, washing / drying, etc.
5 minute walk to metro station Aspudden just two stations (5 mins) from inner city. You will have the same distance to Park Vinterviken with garden cafe, swimming, botanical garden, etc.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious and beautifully equipped apartment in Hägersten/Aspudden. The location is perfect – set in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, yet just about a 10-minute walk to the metro, grocery stores, and even a pharmacy. The apartment itself is very well furnished, offering everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Both the large terrace and the balcony were great spots to relax, whether enjoying breakfast in the morning sun or unwinding in the evening.The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home from the very beginning.We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would gladly return on our next visit to Stockholm. Highly recommended!

This property was absolutely perfect, the best we've stayed in. Amazing communication from the hosts (who are lovely!), very clean and had everything we needed and more. Perfectly situated for quick and easy transport links, with a lake a 5 minute walk so there's a sense of being in nature. We all had the most amazing time and would definitely come back, thank you!

This house is close the subway station with direct access to downtown Stockholm! There is a small grocery store right next to the subway station with all the essentials! We really enjoyed our stay! I would highly recommend this place!
