Excellent location, close to beautiful attractions and the city center. The apartment is spacious and can comfortably accommodate a large group.

Unfortunately, this apartment is not very child- or elderly-friendly. We were traveling as a family with a 2-year-old child and a grandparent over 75, and accessing the apartment was quite challenging. There are multiple flights of stairs to reach the apartment, and inside there is a very narrow spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms. I would have appreciated clearer information about these accessibility limitations before booking. The listing should more prominently highlight that there is no elevator and that the bedrooms are only accessible via narrow spiral stairs. It would also be helpful if the layout included a sofa bed or sleeping option on the main living/dining level for guests who cannot comfortably climb the stairs to the bedrooms. Additionally, the key collection process was confusing. Guests must pick up the keys at a different address, and the instructions provided were quite long and difficult to follow. I would recommend simplifying and clarifying the instructions to make the arrival process smoother.
