Everything. The studio is spacious and super well equipped. It is very clean and very quiet. The car parking, the gym and the washing machine/drier are the plus!
The location. The metro and bus stops are quite a walk from the studio, and not a particularly nice one. However, you get the quiet space and the extras you can't get if you stay in the centre.

Easy access, good location for bus and metro, free parking, free laundry facilities. Grocery shops are a short walk away and plenty of restaurants nearby. There was plenty of communal space (including a piano) if you wanted to use it. There was a gym and a restaurant on site but we didn't use it.
