Nada todo genial

Sehr gute Lage, alles war einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und es wurde sehr schnell reagiert, als uns ein Stuhl und einige Kleiderbügel fehlten. Diese wurden noch am selben Tag geliefert. Auch visuell schön und modern eingerichtet. Hatten im allgemeinen einen guten Aufenthalt.

Zwei Betten waren im Wohnzimmer, das war von der Verteilung nicht ganz ideal. Es war ziemlich kalt, da die Fenster nicht gut isoliert sind. Wir hatten am Anfang nur 4 Stühle, kein Geschirrtuch, nur 3 Rollen Toilettenpapier und nur 5 Kleiderbügel in der ganzen Wohnung. Hier mussten wir erst aktiv danach fragen, obwohl bekannt war, dass wir für 5 Personen gebucht hatten. Da hätte die Vorbereitung ein wenig besser sein können.

The apartment was uncomfortably cold, and communication with the host was very slow. It took three days (out of our four-day stay) to receive extra blankets and a hairdryer, which were not provided initially. The temperature inside was around 20°C or lower at night, and the existing blankets were very thin. Although a service person came on the first day while we were out and reported that everything was fine, the situation did not improve. With more attentive communication and care, this could be a very pleasant place to stay.
