Breakfast was prettly extensive and impressive.
Coffee was not hot or maybe the milk was too cold? The conclusion is that it wasn't hot enough as it should be.

Your drinks and bars closed earlier than advertised i arrived too late for anything to eat or drink at a restaurant or bar at 9pm for a hyatt this is very poor

接待員不夠專業、沒有交代收費詳情、也沒有交代要押金、及何時退還、沒有指示哪裏吃早餐、自助早餐種類多但質素一般
