    Location is ok. Near to dongmen which is mainly food. Customer service was below average. Wrote in before arrival to have all 3 rooms on same level as we have elderly and kids. Upon checking in, it was not arranged. Staff at counter was a very unfriendly trainee. Did not try to offer any solution. We have to ask for it and she gave an impatient attitude. Till a more senior staff stepped in and resolved the matter. Upon checking in I actually saw a bug on the bedside table. Not sure what it was. Lounge was minimal. The staff we met when checking out were much nicer. Helping us with the luggages. Overall some misses here and there.

    Breakfast and quiet room. Pool not open -it’s 27 degrees outside!?! Gym needs some improving. Annoying delivery drivers park on the steps / entrance ways. Needs to be a short cut entrance from the mtr. Bar and restaurant staff were amazing
