Great breakfast and a fantastic spa. Had a wonderful massage. It was difficult communicating in English and in fairness our Chinese was very poor.
I thought I booked a bigger room with a separate bedroom and enquired about the discrepancy but it was somewhat lost in translation. I was told that was not the case despite having sent an email ahead of time to ensure this was the room I booked. Despite the lack of English, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was wonderful.

The design is wonderful. artsy hotel and very comfortable. Breakfast has not too much variety but it is delicious. Staff was helpful and kind.
