- location right next to railway station station - delivery robot to room door - high floor hotel - one of the best room I have stayed in. Clean, big, well designed, comfortable bed.
- because it’s too big, it takes a short while like 20mins to 30mins for the robot to get to the room during peak hours. Small issue. - price - I had a discount from platform but usually it’s x1.5 to x2 times more pricy than nearby hotels

Location, in front of Huaxin metro and laundry services.
Some faint smoking odor in the corridor

Hotel lobby is nice. The robot is really busy and often got in the way but no big deal. Technology amazing. Location was perfect for my shopping purposes in Shenzhen.
Saw too many male and female escorts going in and out. I find that Ji Hotel which was just next door is the same quality maybe better. Simpler but feels cleaner and newer? The breakfast wasn't very good. I didn't bother to go anymore after the first night.
