    Exactly what I need in a serviced apartment: washer dryer, toilet with bidet, adjustable shower head. Small kitchen with microwave, cutleries, sink, small stove. In the closet: iron & board, drying rack. Bed was very comfy. Ac working well. Water pressure in shower was OK, had warm water. Location is great! A McDonalds across the street & a mall! Staffs were helpful and accommodating. If I were to return to Shenzhen, I would stay here again for sure.

    went to sz for a weekend trip with a large group. the rooms were spacious, clean, and the hotel was very nice with the infinity pool. highly recommend

    The room was very peaceful and perfect to get a good rest after spending the day walking around in the Shenzhen heat. The rooftop infinity pool was awesome with a great view of the skyline and the green spaces. Overall very good value for money.

    We stayed at Fraser Suites for just one night, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Due to the typhoon, we were unable to use any of the advertised facilities such as the fitness studio, pool, or café. While it is understandable that safety measures are necessary during severe weather, the café and other areas were already closed well before the typhoon actually hit, which felt premature. What left the worst impression was the handling of our stay extension. Since the government had issued warnings and it was unsafe to go outside, we had no choice but to remain in the hotel for one more night. Instead of showing goodwill by offering a reduced rate given the circumstances and the lack of available facilities, the hotel charged us an even higher price. There was clearly no increased demand—nobody was leaving or arriving due to the storm—so taking advantage of guests in such a difficult situation felt deeply unfair. I have never before experienced a hotel using a crisis situation to increase rates and profit from guests who quite literally had no other choice. This left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend Fraser Suites to others.
