Some noise as people cycle/walk past the YHA to go to the dam.

The staff was adorable and the location is awesome. The beds are slightly hard and the materials of the mattress and pillows not very breathable. Cleanliness was ok. We appreciated the string lights in the bedroom and the view. The place is generally nice with a good vibe. Big common room with high ceilings and everything you need in the kitchen.

Shower is very small and in the toilets which is slight meh but the hot water is working well. The only downside was large group coming on our second night and making a lot of noise (our kids had been asleep as it was nearing 11pm), shouting and running around the place ... But we find this happens a lot in HK, people seem to come to hotels to party 🤷‍♀️ people seem to have a different approach to noise and the use of shared spaces.

The room is good for us because we are 8 people in the the room.

Why only 1 bathroom for all the guests. The wife stop every 10 minutes. And it's too far from Central. Transportation is too far and expensive. Thank you.
